Precise Mattress Inspection

I've read online that this company does not pay their employees. I've seen numerous posting of them complaining about Randy S[redacted] and the fact he doesn't pay on time or not at all.
I'm pretty sure I would not want my mattress inspected by an individual who wasn't getting compensated for his or her work. I would trust my inspector to be fair and impartial, this scenario worries me that I would get a fair inspection.

I had my mattress inspected by this company on the behalf of Mattress Firm because I was putting in a warranty claim. The report that they made was the my mattress was stained and that it was leaning against a wall. They included pictures with the evaluation.
First, the mattress was NOT leaning against a wall as stated in the report. No pics were included to prove this. Even if it was, what are we supposed to do with the mattress when it has taken over a month for an inspection to even be made??
Secondly... there was no stain on the mattress as stated. What they are showing as a "stain" looks more like the shadow of the inspector while he is taking the picture OR shadows caused by the pillowtop not being smoothed down before taking the picture!
I am not sure whether to file a report on the inspection company or Mattress Firm. So, I going to both! I feel that this is just an excuse not to pay off on a warranty claim.
