Precise Parklink Reviews (6)

I paid dollars for hours, and was issued a "parking invoice" The clock on the ticket metre and the printed ticket do not show the correct "expiration" timeThey only show the time at which the ticket was paid for.And my ticket was valid The clock has been doing this for weeksBut no one has either fixed it, or billed me until this time

I parked at the Aria Banquet Hall parking area near Scott Road station, paid for parking and placed the ticket on the dashboard of my car as instructed When I returned there was a notice of a $fine for non-payment under the windshield wiper - even though the receipt was plainly visible! I took the notice and the receipt to the manager of Aria, and he promised to have the fine reversed I also emailed a photo of the parking receipt and an explanation to Precise Parklink, I also spoke to them on the phone Despite the fact that I can prove that I paid for parking, I have been threatened with action by a collection agency to pay the fine I don't have the resources to fight this, so I have to pay up or have my credit rating affected [redacted]

Absolutely terribleI already pay $a month to park at the hospital, and work hour night shiftsI forgot my card, which was my own fault so had to pay $to come to work on top of the $I already pay a monthWell thanks to the freezing rain and the time it took to defrost my car, Precise parklink decided that the minutes it took warrant an extra $chargeso when I finally was able to get my car out of the parking lot, they wanted more money before I could leaveWhen I call for assistance I got an extremely rude lady who told me I should have driven out of the parking lot with my windshield completely frozenThere is already a $dollar DAILY MAX with in and out privileges that I have paid for and they have chose to apparently disregard at this pointA minute agruement in which she said "well you should have driven over and asked for assistance if your windshield was frozen" I felt would have been better spend banging my head off of a wall for the amount the parking attended actually seemed to comprehend the situationYes because you are going to magically come over and help me defrost my windshield, or pay for the damage that I cause at the recommendation of the condescending parking attendant for driving with no visibilityThis business is rude, terrible terrible customer service, dishonest as they don't honor the ticket you've paid for and try to *** you out of additional moneyThe only reason this hasn't been filed as a complaint is they I refused to allow them to *** me out of additional money they I had already paid and eventually they were done holding me prisoner and let me leaveI also would have sent this to the company website but conveniently there is no spot for reviews or complaintsThanks for turning a long hour shift into a brutal hour one

Why is it that every time I go the Prince George Airport the ticketing machine by the handicapped stalls is broken?? You would think with the high prices they charge the unit could be operational. Also disappointed at their lack of support for disabled persons. If it was up to me I wouldn't deal with them at all.

I paid 2 dollars for 2 hours, and was issued a "parking invoice".
