A person called me and asked about the aeration , first thing I asked them was where was their location, they stated [redacted], I then told them due to a mistake in the flyer distribution and that due to economics I may or may not be able...
to offer that service . At no time did I make any promise to travel 78kms return to service their property. What I did say was if you call me back in a week I could give you a definite answer,
A week or so passed this person called again and asked if I could service their property and I definitely told her no I could not due to economics and [redacted] employees had [redacted] 3 days before. Also this ad does stipulate that 'certain conditions apply and is for a limited time. This is present in the ad and I can provide the 'ad proof ' that I signed off on. This person became quite [redacted] on the phone and demanded I service her property, in response I told her I would not service her property , she then started to become upset . When I had a opportunity to speak I told her she could contact the Revdex.com, she stated to demand again I service her property,I told her I was very busy and that I would not service her property. She began to raise her voice I said good-bye and hung up/ Exactly 6 days later a blocked call came in I was in my office I had my office maneger with me and the call was on speaker phone I believe this person again called I this call was on the borderline[redacted]. Again I stated the same comments as I indicated as above however I also stated that I as the owner of my company decides what is in the best interest of Precise Property Services and said good-bye and hanged up.To resolve this matter I have [redacted] in [redacted] and to offer [redacted] I will make a donation of $[redacted] in the name of this person. I sincerely hope this gesture helps alleviate any distress this person has and I will forward a copy of a money order from my bank made out to [redacted]The choice is up to client to accept this@ Regards Precise Property Services

The above opening first line is correct 100 percent. Then he stated in was doing a large job up past our area and would check our property on his travel to that job. Apparently, the 78km did not matter on that job. I was asked to call back, which was my only call back to his company. The call lasted a few minutes, at which time I did ask if he was going to service our property. He then stated no, that he had [redacted] employees [redacted] and did not have the manpower. I stated he should honor the flyer, he was the one who said "do whatever you have to do, call who ever, I am busy". Click. Who's voice was raised, not mine. Who hung up, not me. Who called later, not me. [redacted] His offer to send that small amount of money, to the [redacted]t, perhaps it is to alleviate his stress! [redacted]
