Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I write this communication ion regards to complaint #[redacted].

The background in brief is as follows;

I had sent email to the business complaint is with asking only for copies of forms.
What was provided to me was far more than what I requested. All taxes where filed on my behalf and I was then invoiced for this service.
I contacted the business explaining the situation and received no cooperation. Instead I was told that because I did not specify in bullet points,
each individual item of service that I did not want them to perform, they insisted that I pay the invoice.
This led to the filing of complaint #[redacted].

The resulting resolution/agreement between this business and myself was that the business agreed to provide these services free of charge, as they where not requested.
However I have just today, 26 January 2017, received a follow up invoice.
I then chose to reply to this invoice with a forwarded email containing the agreement between this business and the Revdex.com, promising to retract these charges.

Currently;
I wish absolute zero contact between this business and myself, or anyone representing them in any way whatsoever.
Their communication today leaves my with strong feelings of being pursued and harassed.
I wish for this business to hold true to it promise with the Revdex.com and myself.
I have absolute zero intent of ever using their services, in any form again.
I have absolute zero intent of ever contacting this business for any reason.

Sadly I felt compelled to contact the Revdex.com in the first place, however at this point in time I have found it necessary to also initiate a complaint with The Washington State Attorney General.

Please find below the email communication from Cynthia C[redacted] stating that she is promising to retract all charges.

Thank you for your time and assistance,

[redacted]

[redacted],

As promised in my response to your complaint with the Revdex.com, your 2016 quarters 1, 2 and 3 form 941 as well as the 2016 payroll summary is being provided to you free of charge.

Additionally, a disengagement letter is included, and will stand as proof that no further services will be provided to your company.

IRS Circular 230 requires us to notify you that any tax advice contained in the enclosed communications (and attachments) is not intended or written to be used, and cannot be used by any person for the purpose of avoiding tax penalties that may be imposed by law.Sincerely,[redacted]
