Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This entire debacle is offensive and demoralizing specially when the business owner has take an accusatory demeanor towards me, the clientInstead she is blaming me as oppose to admitting that in fact the tattoo is not up to their quality of work, to make the attempt to clear their name First and foremost there were no extreme, malicious actions made on my part, I have been extremely patient for the last eleven months and with this heinous experiencePosting the reviews about my own personal experience on the multiple social media platforms (Yelp, Google, Bing, Facebook, Yahoo as well as filing my grievance with the Revdex.com) were of no threatIn the contrary, they reviews for people to seek other options to avoid the same mistake The comments posted were not full of "alternative facts" as Ms [redacted] is describingThere are two witnesses who were physically in the room while [redacted] situated herself prior to beginning the tattoo, as she clearly stated and I quote "oh dude I am still feeling that ***" I continued to ask her if she was ok to perform that we could reschedule and to that she said and I quote "nah man I'm fine I got this, besides [redacted] has us here on a tight schedule to meet our goals" this should have been another red flag that the artist had been coerced into making money as oppose to providing a memorable, fun experience and a quality tattoo for me From this instant I felt rushed through and with out a voice Second and foremost, on the surface there were many reason why to chose Precisely Veiled Tattoo such as the extreme boast of professionalism and quality workYes indeed, Ms [redacted] gladly accommodated my request of rescheduling my appointment as soon as I requested a refundThe tone of her voice would change from cheerful to stern and condescending; this was not a positive environment to hold the conversation about my overall dissatisfaction and dislike of my tattooWhich is why I kept documentation of our conversations, and my already stated witnesses Furthermore It is understandable this occurrence is an outlier issue for the business, and the lack of experience in admitting fault and satisfying a customer is new to them but it does not excuse the overlook of the outlying issue All of these facts were considered when the reviews were made, not to defame their character but to point out the much needed improvement in their business integrity, culture above all customer service Lastly, after receiving their latest response, it further demonstrates, reassures their lack of empathy and willingness to make my situation rightI have to live with this atrocity until it is removed by a laser, such medical procedure will be twice as costly Therefore I DEMAND A FULL REFUND, OF THE TOTAL COST PAID, FOR THE POOR SERVICE RENDERED by Precisely Veiled Tattoo and in return I will remove all online reviews Regards, [redacted]

Because of the extreme nature of *** ***'s malicious actions, threats, defamation of character of multiple artists, and our entire business, has brought the conclusion of there being no available resolutionTo recount the events as we have documented and already statedWe communicated with *** via text the Tuesday after his initial Saturday March 4th tattoo appt with artist, Ms***The response from *** was that all was wellWe booked his July appt, only to have him cancel on June 30th siting job conflicts/unavailable funds for apptWe allowed him to roll his $deposit to a rescheduled appt for Oct *** cancelled this appt only a few days before the appt siting he had spent too much on his upcoming wedding and wished to have his $deposit returnedWe reexplained to him the immense effort Ms*** had taken in not only creating variations of the initial design to choose from, but had already had the first apptPlus, our deposits are nonrefundable, he signed the consult form agreeing to this matterSTILL, we allowed him to roll over his $deposit to yet another appt for the future, despite Ms*** now having a hour appt she would not be able to fill on such short noticeUpon Jan 2018, we had not heard from ***, and Ms*** was due to return in MarchWhen we contacted him to attempt to schedule an appt for him with her, he, for the First time, informed us of his dissatisfaction with the current state of the tattooI responded that I was very confused as he had not mentioned this at all any of the previous time we spokeDuring that conversation, I offered to meet with *** to discuss the tattoo and come up with a resolutionHe never responded until weeks later (yesterday) by leaving negative, slander filled reviews on Google, Yelp, Facebook, and here on Revdex.com. Upon our response to all reviews recounting the correct information with documentation, he texted us 'so how are you going to make this right?' My response was this 'After viewing the extremely malicious nature of which actions you chose to take this morning, there are now consequencesClearly there is no longer a healthy form of communication, after multiple attempts on our part over the course of monthsAfter discussing this with our team, we no longer feel safe to offer you our tattoo servicesThere were numerous other avenues that this could have taken, in the end this is the best option for me and my businessThe offer to meet with you to discuss options to bring the tattoo to a piece you would love, is no longer available' He proceeded to demand, for the first time, that we return the $he spent on the hour tattoo he received, threatened legal action, and sent a screenshot of the auto response he received from Revdex.com. On the consult form he initially filled out and signed he agreed that the deposit was nonrefundableHe also filled out and signed a legal release form on the day of the tattoo appt giving us permission to tattoo the agreed upon image. It is our understanding throughout all of this that he will not be removing any of his posted negative reviewsAs we stated, since he did not come into the shop since march 4th, 2017, nor did he inform us of any problem until jan 2018, and denied our request to meet in person to inspect and resolve the issue, there will be no further actions taken nor offered on our behalfServices were provided and services were paid for

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] is only stating a biased opinion; she had 11 months to reach out to me in regards to both of my cancellations. As a business owner she should know that best practices include following up with your clients after an extended period of cancellations. When she did made contact with me and the issue of a refund for my deposit was request that would have been the other indicator that there was an issue. Instead she dismissed my request. Ms. [redacted] has also stipulated on social media that my concern, complaint and recollection of events are untrue. However I have a witness that was in the room the entire time of my session that indeed Ms [redacted] had boasted about a long night of partying with two other artist, how she was hungover from doing illegal drugs such as MDMA, and cocaine and drinking alcohol. At that time my companion and I looked at each other and I continue to probe and ask her if she was ok to perform and if we should reschedule our session, but she convinced us that she was fine to perform. But the proof still on my skin, permanently. Today Ms [redacted] continue to intimidate me by harassing me and stating that I had made this situation harder and that the option of fixing my tattoo was no longer and option due to my online reviews and for my formal complaint filed with the Revdex.com. I request and seek the following a) Full refund for the entire tattoo as I am seeking laser removal and b) full investitgation of this matter due to the fact that the artist perform under the influence and could of caused other permanent damage. .

The story you are presenting is Full of misinformation with the intent to cause intense direct harm to our business and our artists. Here are the facts. Miss [redacted], met with you at consultation day and was very much wanting to design a tattoo you would love, fitting all the parameters you...

asked for. She went above and beyond by creating 3 variations for you to choose from and even color rendered the designs. You say she was late and hungover reeking of weed and whatnot. When in reality on Fridays our shop tends to get dinner and is home no later than 10p as we all have an early wake up. These allegations are slander and if this were true why would anyone in their right mind sit for a 7 hour tattoo with someone who is supposedly admittedly high on drugs, and not inform the owner of the business. We arrive at the shop around 8a-815a generally an hour before any client shows up so we can be set up and prepared. There is no way she or any guest was late to this or any appt as all the guest artists ride with us. We don't require them to get rental cars or hotels. Upon completing your appt on March 4th 2017, the tattoo was not finished and would require a 2nd appt, which at the time you seemed thrilled about. Miss [redacted] and I send 'how is your tattoo feeling/healing' messages the Tuesday after appts. Your response was that all was well. We proceeded to schedule your next appt for her July 2017 visit, which you cancelled and rescheduled June 30th for an Oct appt. Nothing was mentioned of any problems with the tattoo during these conversations. The Oct 2017 appt came up and you cancelled this 6 hour appt right before it occured siting you were getting married and had already spent a lot on the wedding, thus asking for your $100 deposit back. Also, not mentioning anything about being upset about the tattoo. I reminded you the deposits were nonrefundable, as you signed the consult form. Also reminding how much effort miss. [redacted] had already out into the tattoo design, had already started, and very much would like to complete. But, we still (despite the two cancellations) we're willing to let you roll over the deposit to a future appt as we understand the costs of weddings. Your response was that you understood and said your get back with us to hopefully get an appt to work out in the future. When we reached out to you in Jan 2018 to try to book an appt for her March 2018 guest spot was the first time you let us know that you were unhappy with the tattoo. Almost a year from your first appt.We want nothing more than our clients to be happy and being I hadn't been unaware of any of this until that text, I offered for you to come in so I could see the tattoo in person, discuss options, and hopefully find a resolution. You chose to not respond to me any longer after I presented the offer to meet. and I have not heard from you directly until this review. Which you also put on Yelp and Google. It's truly upsetting that this couldn't have been resolved in a different manner than you choosing to attack me, our business, and our guest artists.I have every conversation between [redacted] and I documented to back up all of this information I presented.
