I called out Precision and *** to look at my two broken AC units *** arrived first***'s "strong" recommendation was to replace both units because - if nothing else - they argued - Rfreon is being phased out and my units had already reached their lifespan Yes, I could repair a little, but it would only be a band aid, one that couldn't possibly last It was better to replace both units Bill would be $8000+
Then came Precision AC repairs They knew nothing of *** already having been there They repaired one unit and said nothing was wrong with the other - it didn't even need a freon top up Yes, they could top up after 2019, but the unit has been going years and doesn't need a top up yet so, keep on until it breaks Bill was $
I now have two perfectly working ACs and I have saved $ I would strongly recommend Precision - they seem to put the customer ahead of the quick buck

We had a another company come and add Freon to our unitAs that other company was inspecting the heater the entire HVAC system shut down! They messed with it for hours before loading up and saying "call someone else, not sure what's wrong but we didn't do anything to cause thisI am sorry bout this BUT here is my invoice"
