necessary repairs.  Previous to this action we examined other areas that may have caused the leakage but replacing the coil was ultimately needed.We apologize for the inconvience created and will continue to serve our customers with utmost courtesy and promptness.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is very satisfactory to me. However, I reserve the right to review the situation when the a/c season begins next year. There has been a refrigerant leak over each year since it was new and every spring it needed to be added. I am hoping the coil is the source of the slow leak and the problem is solved once and for all. Each year since it was installed, I spent several uncomfortable days till it was checked and charged but never resolved.  I am sorry that the problem came to this difficult and embarrassing path of communication when 3 phone messages failed over the course of the last several months failed to avoid more discomfort.
