To Whom it may Concern:We had our electrician out to the property the very next day and had the problem rectifiedThe Local Electrical inspector also went the property and stated the panel was antiquated and illegal by todays standards and wrote up a notice to the
effect. It appears the complaint was filed even before we received the paperwork back from the technician and before our electrician had a chance to get there the next morningIn any event the problem was fixed immediately and we put in a refund requisition for the client for the $original fee, We always strive for 100% Perfection on all of our work, but occasionally when an error occurs we are sure to rectify the problem immediately which we have done in this instance.Should you require any additional information on this matter please be sure to reach out to us.Thank you *** ***Precision Air

the original proposal, highlighted for your review, that all permits would be filed on your behalf and then again on the signed contract that all permit costs are the responsibility of the property owner, (Right on the front page not hidden in some fine print somewhere.) Review: 1. I had ordered a new Air Conditioner condenser and a Water Heater in June of 2014. It was installed on July 1st, 2014.

2. The quotation that was provided to me mentioned that all permit filing is included with the installation. This Quotation was received via email on 6/30/2014. There was no mention at all in the quotation saying that permit fee or permit cost is to be paid additionally. It only says “Yes all permit filing is included with the installation as well”.

3. Up on completion of the municipal approval, I received an invoice# [redacted] for $210.00. Upon correspondence with Precision Air, I received a response saying that $160.00 was towards the permit fee paid to the [redacted] and $50 towards “Permit Costs”.

4. I communicated with Precision Air saying that these costs were not mentioned to me in the quotation. In fact, the quotation said “all permit filing is included with the installation as well”. Precision Air responded to me with a copy of a installation document ([redacted]”) that was signed by me after the installation was completed on June 30th, 2015 saying that all permit costs are the responsibility of the property owner.

a. The overall installation document was signed by me but the specific item saying “all permit costs are the responsibility of the property owner” was not initialed by me. So I have not accepted to make any additional payments for permits.

b. I have signed this post installation document after installation in good faith accepting the equipment and installation and not accepting payment for permit fee which was not disclosed in the quotation.

5. Precision Air claims “each township charges it residents and I have no control over those costs. I also have no way of knowing what they will charge hence the reason for not including the “Costs””. My claim is that it was not disclosed in quotation that there will be a charge or some charge associated with permit fee.Desired Settlement: Any charges concerning permit fee and permit cost (irrespective of the amount) that was not communicated to me in the quotation should be withdrawn. There was absolutely no mention in the quotation that I will be charged for the permit fee and no mention that I will be responsible for paying permit cost which Precision Air’s processing cost of $50. I continue to receive “past due” invoices and ask Precision Air to withdraw the invoice.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:1. Precision Air has attached a copy of the quotation date 6/29/2014. I am attaching a copy of the revised quotation date 6/30/2014. The very first line says "all-inclusive package". I believe it means that the Net Cost of $5,200 quoted is the total cost to me.2. I have circled the answer# 3 in the revised quotation. It clearly says "Yes all permit filing is included with the installation as well".

1. Precision Air says that "At no time was it ever conveyed that there would be no permit costs".My Response: a. What is the meaning of "all-inclusive package"?b. The revised quotation says "Yes all permit filing is included with installation as well" (answer#3)c. If Precision says "at no time was it ever conveyed that there would be no permit costs", does it mean that Precision can charge any costs that was not conveyed. For e.g., at no time Precision ever conveyed that there will be installation costs in addition to equipment costs. Does it mean that Precision will send me an invoice for installation costs. Answer# 1 says that "Disconnect is included with new installation." There is no mention that there will be no costs for Disconnect. Does it mean that Precision will send me an invoice for Disconnect?4. The "Proposal and Agreement" document was signed by me. But the item "All permit costs are the responsibility of the property owner" was not initialed by me. Moreover, this document was signed by me after the installation on 7/1/2014 for installation completion and total cost of $5,200. I did not agree and did not initial the item "All permit costs are the responsibility of the property owner". Please note, this item required my initial after "Costs are not included in this agreement. (Initial______)To summarize:1.Precision's response saying "at no time was it ever conveyed that there would be no permit costs" is not acceptable. Where in the revised quotation does it say that permit costs will have to be paid by me.

2. Precision has presented a document that was signed by me. The permit costs item had a provision for my initial and it was not initialed by me.

Regards,

Review: I put in a service call for the $98 diagnostic. A technician came 10/07/14.

I was not home at the time, but my boyfriend was.

Your technician proceeded to use pliers in the fuse hole and damaged my fuse box.

They are responsible for having a non licensed electrician who is an agent of Precision Air Inc, attempt to work on and subsequently damage my main electrical panel, resulting in damage that will require it to be replaced. Due to the error of the technician there is still no heat in my home, and the range in my kitchen the light and ventilation fan is no longer working.Desired Settlement: My electrical panel needs to be replaced.

Review: june 2- [redacted] from precision air came out to do a home energy audit, and was told it would take 2 weeks maybe 3 for the results and that someone would be contacting me.

july 3 _ I phoned the company to find out what was happening, and was told that [redacted]ould be calling me.

july 15 - I phoned again since no one has gotten back to me and I left a message stating that at this point I would like my money back. I left my name and address and phone number.

july 27 - I still have not heard from precision air! I sent an email stating this story and that I want a refund. I also stated that I would like the refund in no more then 10 business days.

aug 2 - I still have not heard from precicion air so I called. I spoke with [redacted] I again stated that all I want is a refund of my 125.00 I do not feel comfortable dealing with

you this is now going on 2 month. I was asked if [redacted] was my salesman, well his wife left him, he's been out due to illness ( not my business) i'll get it right out. So at this point I think great my check will be on its way. what I got was the results of the energy audit via email, which I've been telling them I don't want to do business with you just I just want my money back. I immediatedly phoned back and asked [redacted] the president and ceo to phone me back asap.

august 4 - I phoned precision air and asked to speak to someone who could handle a complaint, I believed I was speaking to [redacted] I started to tell my story from the beginning and was cut off. yes he knows who I am and that I want a refund, he'll get it out and I can do what ever I want with the energy audit that was emailed to me. today I picked up a certified package from precision air with the energy audit no check. I called precision air asking to speak to [redacted], was told he wasn't in. was told he'll get back to me. I then told the girl/woman that that seems to be a problem, I never get a return call, so when can I expect that call. today I would like it. its now 5:45 and no callDesired Settlement: all I want is my 125.00 refunded to me.
