*** purchased a vinyl decking system from us in 2011 to which we went and installed. Vinyl decking holds a 5 year warranty, this is an industry standard. In October 2013, he called in with a service request for the vinyl bubbling & a seam repair, which we went out in the Spring of 2014 and happily repaired. Vinyl is temperature sensitive and can't be installed or repaired when the temperature is below 7C.

*** contacted our company in April 2019 with a service request due to the vinyl seams splitting. We added him to our service list.

Due to the warranty being expired for 3 years, we notified *** in July that this current service would be a billable service of $250. *** has not given us the go ahead for this billable service/repair. Perma Deck would be happy to send an installer out however, the deck is out of warranty and we can't guarantee the success of any repairs in this point of time.

the information on the reply is not accurate,when I first called in april I sent them photos of the area and was told that it would not be covered under under warranty,I had to pay 250, I was not happy with this but told them I would pay to have it repaired.I was told I would be on the list and I waited almost 2 months and heard nothing, I called back again and was told I would be called with more info ,I waited almost a 1.5 weeks and heard nothing.the 3rd time I talked to the manager and was told I was on there list and would be called back with more info.I waited over a week and again heard nothing.that is when I had it and sent my request in to you.at no time was I contacted in july saying that they need my ok. I had told them back in april that I would pay.but not happy. so now it almost sept. I am at the same place I was in april.

After Mr. agreed to pay for the service call, as stated in his comment to "Revdex.com"t, Perma Deck immediately put him on our service list as a priority. The work was completed with in 10 days. The work was completed to the best of the companies ability due to the age of the deck. Perma Deck has issued an invoice to Mr. for the completed work order.
