This dealership is nowhere near being #in Lafayette treating customers the way they doWe tried to purchase a used suv from Hampton after driving several hours to look at itThe salesman, [redacted] , I originally talked to was busy when we arrived so he had [redacted] help us [redacted] was the only one there that didn't get an attitude or be rudeNot only were we lied to but, [redacted] was a complete jerk to myself, my boyfriend(hung up in his face), my banker, and a local salesmanRaised sale price, lowered trade in price, lied about numerous things...even went as far as to say "It's illegal to put the actual price of a vehicle online." when confronted about the price going upLuckily, I have a friend in the car business who informed me, "He could've at least made up a more believable lie than that." DO NOT BUY FROM HAMPTON TOYOTA in Lafayette unless you want to deal with rude liarsWORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I drove miles to do business with HamptonThey had the best deal within milesThey were very easy to work with with no pressureI would do business with them in a heart beatSales and staff were great to deal with and very professional
