Customer placed order with Velocity on 12/11/15, and we do not process orders until we receive prepayment or adds automatic payment information, which customer provided on 2/8/
Order was processed 2/with a 2/duedateOn 2/(Friday),
customer called Velocity three times after Velocity left an initial voicemail informing customer that service should be activeOn the third call, the Velocity support rep determined that there may have been an issue with the outside line (provided by Centurylink) that carries the service, and scheduled a Centurylink technician dispatch to inspect and repair the outside line issue on 2/(Saturday)
On 2/(Tuesday), customer called to cancel service, and that request was processed later that nightSince it appears there was a misunderstanding as to the nature of the Saturday dispatch, Velocity is willing to waive all charges, contingent upon the return of the rental modem either by shipping or in person, to Velocity Telephone at ***, Golden Valley MN

I am rejecting this response because: I have been trying to figure this out since July of 2015,
calling, communicating with usfamily.net to no availAll I ever got was indifference and the run-aroundNow apparently my computer is not compatible to the accelerator program and the company wants to credit my account with the money paidEight months I have tried to figure this out and no one at usfamily.net could figure this out, try to help meThey even accepted my renewal of accelerator in November knowing that I was unable to get it installed on my computerI want a refund of my money, not a credit for the next subscription renewalI am thinking that there is the possibility that there will not be a subscription renewalusfamily.net will gladly take your money but will not provide any customer support with it*** R***

Refund check 12612 in the amount of $72.00 was processed on 05/03/2016. It is being sent via first class mail to the customer's address on file. I would expect the check to arrive within the next few business days. If for some reason it does not, please feel free to contact our customer service...

We have placed a onetime credit of $72 on the customer's account and removed the charge for Surf Accelerator moving forward, as it appears to no longer be compatible with the customer's computer.
