Revdex.com spoke with owner who indicated that the consumer brought the bicycle in and the repair was completed properly

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I returned the bike 20min after I picked it up and they kept it for more weeks before I was forced to take it back (UN-FIXED) and take it to another bike shop to be properly repaired! This matter was NOT resolved and I want everybody to know what a RIP-OFF this owner of precision bike shop is!
