ZERO stars!! Horrible, disrespect, untrustworthy and terrible workmanship.
The owner, Derald J was recommended by another business. I was wanting a stampcrete walkway installed. He came over right away to look at job and give an estimate. After taking my cash down payment, tearing up my walkway, he left his equipment on my front yard, dump trailer, pallets, tools, framing, etc for weeks! Did not return my calls or texts for days. Kept giving me dates he would be back but never showed for days, or weeks later. He’d send his employees over just to make it appear he was doing his job. His employee literally urinated over on the side of my house (I live in a very nice residential area, not out in the country). It took him months to finish a job he said would be 2 weeks. A job that is now falling apart, literally crumbling. Another concrete business came to look at it and said the entire walkway needs to be ripped out and done completely over from scratch. We sent him texts with pictures of the crumbling concrete and he said he’d be there to take a look. I never saw or heard from him. I’ve sent him several texts and he will not respond. I am completely disgusted at the entire process with this company and he takes advantage of people who put their trust into him and the work he promises. I gave him more opportunities to rectify this issue than most others would and he has completely disregarded my efforts to reach him to discuss this. His website states his customers are so important to him and he addresses all their concern and questions but he does not, that is an outright lie! He has not had the common courtesy or professionalism to even look at what has happened to his workmanship let alone return my calls or texts. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered with someone who claims to take pride in his customer service and his work in general. The entire process with him was a nightmare and I want to make the public aware of his practices...his unprofessional manner and his demeanor as well as his poor work ethics. Stay away from Precision Block and Concrete from Canastota, N.Y.

We contracted to have work done and made a $1000.00 down payment in good faith. The contractor left a voicemail with a date the work would be done but failed to show. We gave the contractor the benefit of the doubt because he had been highly recommended. However, he has not returned multiple calls to reschedule or resolve the issue. One call came in from his number but the caller disconnected when we answered. We have enlisted counsel and have been advised to file with the Revdex.com before taking the next step to recover the deposit. The contractors information is on file with an attorney who has permission to file if the money is not returned.
