Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  They lie time and time again....  We never had it towed and we brought the vehicle in as soon as we got back into town.  There will be a claim brought against this Business.  They were told straight out that NO USED PARTS to be used.  The first estimate was sent to our Insurance Company with new rear quarter panels.....  what they actually did was they used body putty to repair the rear quarter panels.  They were never given permission by us the Owners or our Insurance Company to do this.  While the vehicle was in Their Care Custody and Control the vehicle was involved in another wreck that we had no control over.  It is their responsibility for our vehicle once it was dropped off at their Business.  They subbed it out to another Business and they paid for them to take care of this.  By it not being at their shop it does not eliminate their responsibility!!!!  They have lied numerous time and we have voice mails to prove that!  I know their Business already has a very poor rating with Revdex.com and this just shows another example why their rating is so bad!Sincerely,[redacted]

The job has been completed.  The repair was @ $12,500 for a vehicle that was essentially a total loss.  Consumer contacted us stating there were a few issues.  We asked him to bring the vehicle back in and we will get it taken care of.  This was not convenient for the consumer as...

this did not fit with his schedule.  We asked him to bring it in now but that did not work with his schedule.  We were willing to look at it.  The lens attached to the body housing is held in by plastic tabs.  He had the vehicle towed to the dealership and had it taken care of.  He never submitted a towing bill or a receipt for services rendered.  The computer will show a fault date and stamp.  We spent @ $350.00 at the dealer.  There is nothing wrong that is due to this accident.  There is @ $10,000 worth of maintenance that needs to be done which is due to poor maintenance.  The vehicle has since been side swiped.  The window was not a result of the accident.  We looked at it and found parts in there left by someone else.  Any further conversation need to be done with our attorneys.  This is not accident related.  Trouble with the transmission is due to poor maintenance.  The vibration could have worked the tail lights loose.  It worked when it left our facility.
