I had the worst experience of my life in regards to customer service dealing with Spencer and Gary at Precision Brake Center. Gary was beyond all things unprofessional and outright rude. We took our truck to the business to get part of the steering column fixed, however they only fixed part of it and in 3 weeks the truck once again would not go in park. We were never told that another part needed to be replaced as we would have gotten the additional part replaced as well. When we called to see if it was under warranty we were told it was not and we were also told that the part we needed was discontinued. I asked for the name of the part and they could not tell me what it was called. They told us a description to U-Pull-It instead of ordering us a used part and told us they would put the part on free. I called the business again after I got off work and received no answer. I headed straight to Precision Brakes Center and arrived at 5:20pm and the doors were locked. An employee was pulling out as I walked the building and he stated they decided to close early. He then gave me the name of the part. I called this afternoon to figure out how we should go about getting the proper part as well as them installing it as they said they would. They stated they had ordered a part but couldn't tell me a price then stated they couldn't fix it until Friday but couldn't tell me a time to bring the vehicle. He then told me that we would have to pay for labor when he stated initially they would not charge us for labor. Gary was very rude and he kept getting caught up in his lies when I questioned him about the part and a resolution to this nonsense. He then hung up in my face. I called back and Spencer stated they had canceled the part order and to take our vehicle somewhere else. We paid over $300 for repairs and all we needed to know was the price of the part they were ordering, a time to bring our vehicle back and an estimate as to how long we would be without a vehicle. I have NEVER dealt with this level of respect from a business I've paid.

This business needs some customer service classes bc running a business in such a manner will definitely run away clients.

I feel that these two individuals at this location should be fired; we need a formal apology and a partial refund on the services we paid for since they didn't fix the problem in its entirety.
