a customer, ordered him another one in another brandlie brought this one back and said this one did not work either and that he went to Auto Zone and purchased another one and that it worked fine and he wanted his money backWe tested this second unit and it also tested fineWhat he was told is that I would send the second unit in to the manufacturer and they would test it as that is their procedure and that if it tested good and they refused credit to me then I could not refund his money and that if it tested bad when I got credit I would give him his money backAfter sending it to the vendor they sent it out for testing and it came back that it test good In fact they said it really did not look like it had been bolted upBecause of the relationship that we have with that Vendor they decided to give us courtesy creditWhich when the complainant called me I told him thatI told him I was waiting for the credit to come throughAs of Friday it had not come through yet so I told him to come in and I would refund his money which he did on Saturday.So in response to his complaint, it was not totally truthI feel that we took back the first one which tested fine which I may not get credit for and put that credit towards the second one.*** ***Precision Brake & wheel NMain Street Porterville CA 93257###-###-####
