In regards to this complaint, I did In fact notify customer by email that her clock was lost by movers along with other articles and put in a claimThere was no resolution except for movers being fired the next dayThe clock has no
monetary value but it does have sentimental value you can not put a price on and for that I am truly sorry

I do not accept the response from this businessThe clock does have a monetary value in addition to its sentimental valueI gave my Skeleton clock to this business to repair; I now do not have my Skeleton clockThis business is responsible for my clock, not a moving companyI still want my clock back or be compensated for the clock

In regards to this complaint, all I can say is how sorry I am for all the aggravation I caused these nice people. I did in fact repair clock and set up appointment but Mrs.[redacted] already took clock elsewhere to be repaired. My chronic...
