Review: Company installed a new hand rail and front porch. Handrail was poorly constructed and large gaps were caulked because nails or screws could not reach. After a few weeks the caulked area separated and the handrail, no longer being supported, now swings freely. After several calls to the owner, and promises from him to send someone out to fix it, my calls are now being ignored.Desired Settlement: I would simply request that the work being redone to structurally support the handrail.
