Credit Rebuild
Amazing. I tried to buy a house, few months back only to be shut down because of my credit history, which is now completely paid off, this only happened because we were struggling to survive. We now have a good income, but couldn't get a home loan. An old friend whom they helped told me to contact Metronet Credit Solution via METRONETCREDITSOLUTION @ GMAIL dot COM or text (626) 514 -0620. New kitchen countertops
I recently had my kitchen countertops and island top replaced by Precision Countertops. I had used this company in the past at my former home and was very satisfied with the work then.
The whole process from choosing a product, laser measurements and install was very satisfying. The staff is very friendly and professional. They answered all my quesions and prepared me for each step along the way.
Everyone who sees the finished product has raved about it.
When I am ready to replace my bathroom counter tops I will definetly be calling Precision Countertops. I am a VERY SATISFIED repeat customer.

We have attempted to reach this customer directly to resolve their concerns If they read this response we would ask that they return calls to [redacted] directlyWhile we understand the customer's position, we do have records indicating the customer selected Symphony, signed off on the estimate/sales bid with Symphony, confirmed the color Symphony as part of our standard order confirmation post-sale, pre-template, confirmed and signed off on a template with the color symphony, and at no point raised concern until the installationWe are still trying to reach the customer to resolve the balance due but have not heard from the customer since the visit to our office prior to the letter of intent being mailed and receiving this notice

was able to re write his order at an actual decrees in price and did honor the original percent discount that they had offered His kitchen has been templated and will be installed on 11/The issue has been completely resolved.Mr*** purchased his countertops through Home DepotPrecision Countertops is the fabricator for Home Depot here in the state of WashingtonWe receive a purchase order to fabricate countertops based on the customers selections at a Home Depot showroom. Mr***'s original complaint was that after choosing a granite for his countertops he came to our facility to view the raw material and the stock we currently have is somewhat different than the sample at the Home Depot branch he is working throughAt that time he did not find another material he like and we offered him the option of looking at other options at several of out suppliers. Home Depot prices their product by the square foot using a list of standard colors that they have negotiated the price for directly through Daltile and we receive material directly from Daltile base on those pre negotiated productsThe new material Mr*** chose was not at Daltile and and considerably more expensive and not sold by the square foot, only by the slabHe was repriced through the Home Depot and was very upset at the price increaseAll of this was explained to him and he was given the option to reselect using our stock material that would be in the Home Depot price parametersMr*** returned to Precision and was able to find a color he liked here. Mr***'s complaint with Precision is that we would not honor the original pricing and that we do not maintain accurate samples at the Home Depot showroomsFirst of all, all pricing is handled through Home Depot which is the customers original point of saleSecond we do not maintain any samples for Home Depot as they handle this directly with DaltileWe never see these samples but do provide the option for any customer to come to our facility and view current stockHome Depot is very good about informing the customers that granite varies considerably from block to block as material comes in and has this information on all of their samples. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I have had my bank look for the charges.  We are in the middle of a full-house remodel.  My records are not accessible.  If the payment was not processed in the month of the purchase, the charge would not show up on that month's statement.  The bank will not comb through all the year's records to find a particular charge.  Who is to say there was not a charge at a later date at Jennifer H[redacted]'s convenience?  Russell at Precision did not tell me Jennifer H[redacted] had been "let go" when I asked why they did not confirm this problem with her, so I feel they have deliberately attempted to mislead me rather than tell me the truth.  So, at this point, I would like to be done with Precision Countertops.  I will concede that no payment was processed and I will pay them for work performed.  That is $1,839.00 for the fireplace and window sills that have already been installed.  Then, I will be done with Precision and WILL NOT deal with them on the kitchen, for which the additional deposit money was slated. 
To reiterate:  I will pay Precision Countertops $1,839.00 for the Café Forest Marble that has already been fabricated and installed and we will have no further contact with Precision Countertops.

We have looked into the issue filed by [redacted]. We realize that we did make an error in the processing of her payment on the job. We did a in depth search to verify that no payment was processed for the deposit on her project. That is an error that Jenn H[redacted] (no...

longer an employee here, she was let go)  made, Ms. [redacted] provided the credit card info and we did not run the credit card at the time we should.
 We realize this is not something that normally occurs in our business. We process tens of thousands of invoices a year, so we do have errors occur. This happens to be one of them.
We would be happy to compensate her for the time it would take to verify if the payment was actually charged to her credit card.  We checked with our processor and they could not find the payment either. We feel that $47156.17 is not a fair fee. I would be willing to offer a $1,000.00 discount on the balance due if she indeed finds out that the payment was not processed. If this is unacceptable we can proceed in another way.
We are sorry the error occurred but we do feel that we should be paid for the work we preformed.
