communication at all times. We were informed by one of our drywallers that the homeowner had installed two different thicknesses of drywall on the ceiling. We were also informed that the homeowner was making it increasingly difficult for our drywallers to actually access his property in order to complete this project in a timely manner. Other unforeseen issues arose as well because the homeowner chose to purchase materials (ultimately incorrect materials) for this project himself versus having us purchase them. Once we became aware of these circumstances, the home owner was immediately contacted to discuss these unexpected obstacles. When contacted, the homeowner was informed that due to the unforeseen circumstances that we were faced with, there would be an additional charge considering the extra labor and length of time that was required to complete said project. At this time, the homeowner voiced no concerns or qualms with the additional charge. Under normal circumstances, this project would take approximately three days to complete. However, due to the errors in the ceiling drywall, inappropriate materials, and time limitations placed by the homeowner, this project took three weeks to reach completion. Once the project was completed, the homeowner was charged an additional $150 as compensation for the extra labor and length of time required to complete the project. When the homeowner was prompted to pay for the work that had been completed, he refused to pay the additional charge of $150. The homeowner was informed that if he chose to not pay his bill, we would be forced to contact an attorney. The homeowner did choose to pay for the work that was completed. We have done numerous projects for this homeowner over the last year, all without any serious setbacks or quarrels. Unfortunately, due to the homeowner’s actions, our services will no longer be at his disposal.  -- If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.Thanks, Dustin T[redacted]Owner    ###-###-#### [redacted]
