We did a poor job of communicating with the customer and we apologize if it appeared that we were rude In this unusual situation, as the customer noted, the technician should have charged only $ It is our policy to charge a minimum $fee if we fix a non-operating door, but in this unusual situation it would have been more appropriate to charge only $given the minimal effort required.Within an hour of her phone call with our general manager on August 3rd, we called back the customer and offered a full refund of $(we mailed a check on Friday Aug 4th During this follphone call we were under the impression that she was fully satisfied with the outcome We also would like to add that our follcall and offer for full refund occurred prior to our being made aware of this post on the Revdex.com website

[redacted] is great! He installed the garage door we purchased from Precision Door He didn't mind that I was in and out of the garage as he worked, and he answered all the questions I asked him He spent a lot of time after he was done explaining how I can maintain the garage door, and all the new parts, and our garage door opener too He cleaned up before leaving, I couldn't be happier! Great customer service and workmanship Thank you!
