Precision E File Tax

The people who work here kept on switching whom ever was working on my taxes, it started with Telesa M. Merritt then was moved to someone else.They over charged me just so they could get the most from my tax return, they lied and told me that I will get my return back in 5-7 business days. It's been over a month and a few weeks. It took them 3 weeks to finally send in my tax information and they have been avoiding my calls and text messages!!!

Review: Precision Inc. has caused me and my family a lot of problems. They did my state taxes incorrectly by submitting them twice. The first submittal was what I was given a copy of then Mrs. [redacted] re-submitted an amended return with additional credits she said I was entitled to without my knowledge. With submitting an amended return it prompted a review of my taxes. Upon the review the state said that I in fact owed money instead of me receiving money. When I called Precision Inc. and asked them about their Gold Guarantee which says "If theres any errors on your return due to a precision Efile Tax Services LLC preparation service, we will repair your refund totally free, and also give you your projected refund, as a courtesy. We wont charge any extra fee for filing your state return." I was told that to have the Gold Guarantee the error had to be their fault which they are denying. They are telling me the error is on the States end. The state is willing to provide me a copy of both submittals showing what was added. I in return have to re-file my taxes and federal taxes. If there are any errors on my federal they said that it will affect my state as well since they have to fine comb everything during my amended appeals process. They do not accept it when they are wrong. I WILL be having another company fix Mrs. [redacted]'s error's.Desired Settlement: Would like it if the company would follow through with their Gold Guarantee. Upon the another company re-doing my federal and state taxes if there are any issues and I ended up getting more from federal then what I received I will be seeking legal action for all money paid out for having my taxes done, plus what I will end up owing for the federal tax overpayment.

Mrs [redacted] is complaining that her state taxes was entered incorrectly, when in fact they were not! I contacted the state of [redacted] Revenue Department and they informed me that she owes a debt in the state and her state refund was offset to pay a pass due debt! She is claiming That she wants her fees refunded back to her, I explained to Mrs [redacted] that her state taxes were done correctly and that we could not refund her fees. Mrs [redacted] and her husband had to file a none resident return for that state because they are residence of the state of [redacted]. Review: I have been talking with [redacted] via e-mail for the past week and a half to two weeks. [redacted] had offered me a refund of $100 for services I had an issue with and $50 as a referral bonus in which I never received. I was in contact with her via email and informed the day she sent out my check. I am yet to receive this check and communicated this to [redacted] and informed her I do have issues receiving my mail. I told her I was going to go down to the post office to put a complaint in and when I asked for an address in which the check was sent I never got a response back from her. I also suggested that she cancel the check that she sent in the mail and issue another one and I either pick that one up, or she send with a tracking number through the mail. Ever since I had mentioned this to her I have not heard anything back from her, and even without the address I requested I still put in the complaint with the post office.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the check I was promised.

Ive tried to be very accommodating to [redacted], She informed me that she was having problems with her mail after I sent her her refund check of $150.00, So she says she never received the check, I canceled the check and sent her a [redacted], on 5/19/2014, for the amount, I failed to send her the ref number because I simply forgot. my family was in a fatal car crash yesterday so sending some one money was least on my mind. Its seems as though this woman will file a complaint when she cannot get money out of me so she will threaten me with the Revdex.com, this is becoming an extortion situation, and I will be contacting my lawyer. her refund was sent via [redacted] and she can pick it up from there.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I am very sorry you and your family were in a bad accident and I hope you are all okay and I completely understand now why you did not respond to my e-mails. This complaint was made prior to receiving an email from you or your assistant stating you were going to make a [redacted] deposit. I did send two emails after 3pm yesterday requesting information on where I can pick up the [redacted], to my knowledge I need to pick up at a certain location and have a reference number. Knowing you couldn't respond due to the accident, I am sorry for getting frustrated yesterday for no response. It just gets frustrating when I send e-mails asking what is going on and I do not get a response from you for days until a complaint is filed. Once I have information on where I can pick up the [redacted] I will leave you alone and not say another word about your company and the business you run.
