Precision Fence

Review: Precision installed a fence. We paid extra to have a gate supported from sagging. The gate is sagging. We have pieces and sections that are falling apart. They sent a rep who said he would have to speak to the owner. We haven't heard back from them. We have called numerous times.Desired Settlement: Come back and do the job right.

I found this company on Revdex.com. I had not seen their work but the reviews I saw on the Internet made me comfortable that this was the right business to choose. Our fence was just installed and we did not have one complaint. Very happy with our purchase. Everyone we dealt with was very very good with the job they were doing, starting with sales and then with the guys who did the installation. Beautiful job!

Review: The buisness installed a vinyl fence in my yard.The gate at the end of the driveway was not installed properly and the gate doors would not close properly almost from the start. The company ( ) came out approximately five times in an attepmt to fix the gate doors. They continually went out of alignment and would not close properly. The company made amateur attempts to fix the problem ie drilling extra holes in the gate and sawing off part of the original locking device. The company never returned to fix the problem properly. I finally had to have another fence company come in to fix the problem. The repairer stated the fence was not installed properlyDesired Settlement: Replace the gate doors because of all the extra holes drilled in the doors by the company and refund the amount paid to the other contractor to fix the problem
