Precision Fence

I own a home that had the roofing done by this company. The work was done less than 3 years ago, and supposedly carries a 6 year labor and workmanship warranty. Immediately on taking possession of the home I had problems with the roof leaking. I contacted MacLean Roofing to have th issue looked at and was told they were too busy.
I have been pleading with the for over a year now to Come and fix the issue. But they refuse to answer calls. Another roofing contractor has confirmed that no flashing was used anywhere on the roof. It appears that only a lawsuit will make them honor their warranty.

Maclean roofing gave me the best quote. Answered all my questions and compared my quote to the other quotes I got and explained the similarities and differences. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job on time and did a wonderful job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend this company.

Review: One week after we had our cedar fence installed we had some rain and one entire section of the yard front to back bowed out very badlyWe had to call [redacted] multiple times and leave numerous messages before he would return our callsA few weeks later I noticed that the fence was bowed so badly and the screws had popped out of the wood and the panels were not fully attached to the polesAgain I had to call numerous times and leave many messages and he still would not call me backI kept calling and he finally answered and I asked if he got my messages and he said oh...yes I didI wanted him to come out to look at the fence immediately since I feared it would fall down and we have a dog to keep in the yardHe came out and looked at the fence and I told him about a few other complaints that I had with the fence including the bright highlighter coloring and lettering on the outside of the fence which he said was from the manufacturer and we could wash it or sand it off ourselvesAs far as the issue with the bowing and screws pulling out he said basically that he was not responsible for this and there is no warranty on wood fencing since it does bow eventuallyHe did admit that he had never seen a wooden fence bow this quickly and it usually takes yearsI asked him if he could contact the manufacturer since it seemed an issue with the way it was made and the rest of the fence was okHe told me that they would just blow him off and say it is not coveredAbout a month later we had a couple of the panels actually fall down completely and again we called and left numerous messages and he did not return our callsWe have had to repair the fence ourselvesWe are very disappointed in the customer service and quality of professionalism from this company since they came recommended to usWe paid a few thousand dollars for a fence that turned out to be worse than the year old one we replaced.Desired Settlement: We would like the panels that bowed and pulled out of the posts replaced completely at no cost to usWe do not want to chance the fence falling down on us or our year old child or our dogWe feel that there is a safety and quality issue with the way the panels were made at the manufacturer and should be replaced

procuct (having a mind of its own) and is prone to warping , twisting and bending due to elementsNo supplier of wood, anywhere is the continetal U.S warranties wood.All customers are notified of thisWhen the fence was installed it was absolutely straight, level and beautifulNothing due to Precision Fences installing practices made the fence bow out, as stated by customerThe [redacted] calls were not answered immediately due to the high call volume from Hurricane SandyOn the contrary, I made it priority to go to the house and examine the fenceThe markings on the fence from the manufacturer are crayon and come off naturally with rain, they were never told to wash itThe most disturbing part of this complaint is that I told Mrs[redacted] that although that there is no warranty on wood I would, none the less, come and replace or fix all panels at the end of the seasonAlthough, contractually I have no responsibility to do soShe agreedThis season has run longWe are just getting slow and the [redacted] were on my list of pro bono repairsWhich any other company would charge forThis is the Integrity of Precision FenceNo call, as of recently was made to Precision Fence by the [redacted]They simply went to the Revdex.com, rather than call for an appointmentThis act is devious, slanderoius and libiloius and now this compliant is registered with the Revdex.com i'm not sure what my actions should be ethically due to this action
