We hired this company back in July re-stain our front door and to replace some brittle/cracked window glaze beading at our home in preparation of listing it on the market
The workers that were sent out did a decent job staining our front door, but seemed to have little to no experience with the windows They forgot the materials and one had to make a trip back to the supplier to buy them while the other did the work on the door They broke one window which Jason did fix The other windows' beading installation was poor quality Most corners either don't meet or overlap and look pretty bad but we let it go as we're moving and it's not a very noticeable part of the house
We noticed they were overcharging up for materials (ft vs ft) which was corrected but would not have been had we not caught it

Called me in response to my online contact request Took my information and promised an emailed quote Never emailed I wrote again and the owner called me again only to tell me he had no recollection of our previous conversation and had written nothing down during that talk I ultimately decided to go elsewhere After leaving a one-star, wordless review on their Facebook page, the owner commented back with information in attempt to discredit me and my negative review I then left a detailed Yelp review At that point, the owner contacted me again to say he suddenly recalled our initial conversation and listed more made up information pulled out of thin air When I responded with the facts of the conversation, he continued to attempt to strong arm me into removing my reviews
He made a mistake It was a mistake Sure, he lost my business because of it and I was bothered, but I recognize it for the simple mistake it was It would've resulted in a FB review that could've easily been overshadowed by other stellar reviews from future and past customers His continued attempts to shirk personal responsibility and push me into removing my reviews are what have resulted in this review His continued harassment is what has resulted in this review

We had a pane completely fracture in one of our back door windows and thought we needed to just replace the window but, unfortunately, it is a fiberglass door and the entire thing needed to be replaced. [redacted] not only replaced the door, but painted it, re-hung the blinds, and re-installed the security. When the paint code I provided proved to be the wrong color, he was all set to take care of correcting it himself. He also noticed our door strikes weren't adequate and offered to fix those as well!!!

I researched this company through the Revdex.com before going with them. While they've only been accredited since 2013, I suspect they are going to be an A+ company soon and for many years to come.

This little company provides BIG customer service! They also do more than doors and windows so we're going to get an estimate from them for some floor tile work next. I like to have good people I can call on that I can trust to do quality work. This company is now on my list!

I used Precision Fit to supply and install doors in my new home, They did a fantastic job, I love my new wood doors! They had a quick turn around time and great customer service. I would highly recommend this company.

We had Precision Fit come out to install new windows. They had to change the size of the openings to make one bigger and 2 smaller. This entailed cutting through stucco and drywall and putting a new header over one of the new windows. Three windows does not seem like much, but these are very large windows and they were at a second-story level. Precision Fit did the measuring, the ordering (Simonton windows---love them!), and installing. What a job! Looks great. Precision Fit is already scheduled to do more work for us (new front entry door). We are very fortunate to have found this company.

Hands down one of the top door installation crews in the state of Arizona. If you are looking for quality, dependability, honesty, fair pricing and communication then look no further. We used JASON and crew to install a $4,000 dollar front door installation at a greatly reduced price and the home has a million dollar front door look. Great paint job and great stain job and full clean up. The recommended enter hardware by enter by Jason looked better on the door and was high quality.dont take chances, don't be sorry. We were out in Maricopa and Jason was the one with the skill and the know how not to rip out the 2 yr old new door frame and save us money and every one else was afraid to do what he did because they couldn't..Need I say more?

Jason and his team installed two brand new patio doors at our house, including new trim, hardware and paint. He explained the entire process to us at our initial meeting and submitted a reasonable bid at that same time (and the timeline of the project never varied from his original estimate). His team went above and beyond to keep the work area clean. They were cautious about our dog's safety, and even entertained our kids a bit. But best of all, the end product is beautiful (the glass including tinting is the perfect color to enjoy the view) and I couldn't have asked for more.

After the major rainstorms of this year. We found out that our that are French doors that were installed by the previous owner had been installed incorrectly and leaked. So we called up Percision fit windows and [redacted] came right up to our house to discuss our options. Because of the location of the French doors we decided to switch it out with a vinyl slider. [redacted] and his crew worked very fast and for the scope of work they did had absolutely no mess left behind. My experience with precision fit windows has been absolutely a great one and I highly suggest this company to anyone.

We bought an older home and our doors were in horrible condition. We had Precision Fit do a custom sliding patio door to our backyard that is so wonderful! It helped reduce cooling costs and it changed the whole appearance of the back of our home and our back yard. Since we were so happy with the work that was done on the back door, we had them replace our front door as well. The customer service and professionalism was top notch![redacted] knew exactly what to do with both of our awkward door spaces and recommended the best doors for the situation. We could not be happier!!!!
