Precision Fit Seat Covers: The product is not sewn properly and when trying to put on my back set of a 2017 Prius C they corner ripped, even though I was careful,I just used my hands to push the seat flap under back bottom! Also the head rests were sewn bd too. I contacted company and they asked for pictures and then filled out a form explaining that the edge stitching was too far apart, thus causing the tear trough of the overlapping edge to main fabric. Also showed that the head rest cover were sewn improperly and did not fit the head rests. They gave me a refund, but took off 25% restocking fee for seat covers, that can not be resold. I asked them for a full refund due to the fact the product was not what they advertised and was not made well. This company does not stand by it's product! BEWARE!

Review: I purchased Endura seat and head rest covers for the two front bucket seats of my new 2015 Rav4 Toyota. I read the instructions several times thoroughly. I am a small 68 year old female who worked slowly and carefully to install the covers. I followed the directions to the word. The head rest covers & backs of both seat covers went slowly, but I persisted with care and was successful. The bottom part of the seat covers were next to impossible to install as directed (specifically, attempting to work with insufficient room under the seats). After 3 hours and running into several problems, I called the phone number given to obtain more assistance. Some of the problems were the directions themselves, they were not clear, and in some cases, either inaccurate or just plain impossible to implement. The person on the phone who tried to help me had to request assistance from the engineers to understand the directions herself. She talked with them 3 times before we both thought we understood. So I began again, starting with the bottom passenger-side seat first. The plastic edging of the car seat itself - in which the seat cushion rests - left absolutely no room (despite what the instructions indicate) for inserting both the drop-down side of the seat-cover and the Velcro strap, between the edging and the seat cushion. I tried, pushed and prodded for so long that all my fingers were scratched and bruised. There is NOT enough room to get the side of the seat cover inserted properly (and my hands are quite small!). I tried other options, like looping the straps around the seat back instead, but they were not long enough. Though I didnt think it was possible, the driver side seat was even worse. There are several controls on the left-hand side of the seat, which results in an even higher plastic edging around the entire seat. I worked for another 2.5 hours on that seat and then just quit. Weeks later Velcro straps from each seat just broke off. I paid over $219 for these custom-fit seat covers!Desired Settlement: I sent Precision Fit this same letter on 31 May, 2015. A response from Steve Russell ([email protected]) on June 2, stated I would have to wait for management to respond. As of June 23, there has been no response. The driver-side bottom seat cover makes the seat controls inaccessible and is not safe.I would like 2 identical new seat covers (bottom seat covers only)AND for someone in management to call me and explain step by step exactly how to install them successfully - AS I do it.
