I was told to come to Lillington to pickup the truck and sign the paper work. When I got there the truck was not there. I was told that it was notthere. They gave me a loner and they will call when the it was ready. When I pickup the truck it did not have any oil in it. When I got the truck again I told them was not running wright. I was told that they would fix everything or trade me out even. I carry the truck back three(3) times. The General Manger [redacted] then told me that they was not go to fix anything else on the truck. they than return the truck and left it here. the was knocking real bad and I was not able to Drive it, the engine was gone. They told me I had to make three(3)payments before they would trade. I've made the three(3) payments and tried calling and they will not return my calls. [redacted], salesman;[redacted]; [redacted], Sale Manager; and [redacted], Asst. MangerDesired SettlementI would like a refund of my down payment and this taking off my credit report or Replace the truck and bring my payments current. I had to paysomeone for getting to and from work.

We shook hands and looked each other in the eye on the deal I signed for a new truck. 3 years 36,000 miles @ 460.16 per month for 36 momths[redacted] and I made an agreement on a new truck. I signed the paper he took into the management office to see if it was a go for 3 years, 36,000 miles (12,000 per year), @ 460.16 per month for 36 months. [redacted] came back and said deal, we shook hands and looked each other in the eye. Even the part owner [redacted] shook my hand and thanked me for my business. When the paper work came out, it was incorrect on what we had agreed upon. I brought it to their attention, as I would not sign. They were only giving me 10,500 per year mileage on the lease. The agreement was 12,000 miles per year. Another manager came out and I explained to him the deal I made with [redacted] and showed him the paper I signed. [redacted] came out and told the manager yes that was the deal he had made with me. All [redacted] could say was he was sorry. I called [redacted] and told him, but he was not understanding. I will be calling the main owner, as [redacted] is only part owner. I am now filing with the Revdex.com, and I have been in touch with several news media folks in the area to report this. [redacted] said threats don't get people deals. No threat here, I am a man of my word and do what I say I will do. Where I come from, we don't do business like that. When we shake hands in agreement, that is a done deal. As a business owner a few times in the past, if I did business like that, I would have been out of business. For example, I say I will come mow, weedeat, edge, and blow off your drive for $100, but send you a bill for $200, you would say WHOA, wait a minute, that is not what we agreed upon. Chances are you would not pay me or you for sure would not have me come back and you would tell others to not use me. Same thing here, we had a deal, and if they can live with not honoring the deal, then I can live with not buying a truck from them. I will make it known to people I know in the business for a truck to not go there.Desired SettlementNot sure there is one; they can either honor the deal [redacted] and I made on paper and by handshake and make it right or not. This for sure can be a learning experience for them to improve in the future and not make deals until they know for a fact they can make the deal they are making.

The insurance company and myself were lied to by the salesman in order to get a rate that I could afford in order to sell me the car.I told the salesman that my son could only afford a payment of $300 for the car payment and insurance total. The salesman for a quote from the insurance company with me as the primary driver and my son as an additional driver. He then called the insurance company back and told the representative (without ever discussing the original quote with me) and told them to "remove the son from the policy. She's buying him something else and will be the only one driving it." Then he called me back with the new, lower quote and said, "you will be primary, he's additional and this is the rate we got...". I also have the agents info if you need to confirm. I contacted the Sales Manager and the salesman has since admitted that this is what he did to get a rate we could afford. He has admitted to lying to my and the insurance company. I'm planning to return the car but these are despicable business practices and everyone deserves to know.Desired SettlementI'm returning the car and expect a full refund of down payment.

I also contact the lender and they gave me the run around. I have taken this car back every week since then because [redacted] said he would honor contract. Every time he come up with excuses. I purchase two cars from this dealership and on each car they have given me the run around and will not honor contact. I have received nothing but promise and lies from this Dealership on both of these vehicle. I Feel like they are getting away with selling customes vehicle to just make a dollar. And no one will help. Now I have to pay for these vehicle for the next 5 years or my credit is bad.Desired SettlementThat Precision Ford honor their contract, and stop giving me the run around on this vehicle. I got an email of trading my vehicle in and getting all paid for.Email for a trade up on a new or pre owned vehicle. I went to the dealership on Saturday and spoke to a really nice girl who was there for only 2 weeks. I answered the questions that she needed from me to get off the vehicle. the sales rep stated to me that her manager is going to drive my vehicle to test drive and let me know what I am going to get for the vehicle. I explained to the sales manager that I got an email stating that my car could be traded in for a new car and the dealership will pay for my vehicle no matter the amount. [redacted] an apparent manager comes to introduce himself to me and stated to me that the email that I have does not mean we are going to payoff your car. I stated to [redacted] that I am reading it as what it is saying, no matter how much I owe. He was extremely rude and didn't help me to no means, no compromise of sort. I thanked the sales person who was working with me and stated that the Ad that was sent is false advertising and manager [redacted] walked away and went into his office. Here is the Ad as I got on my email. Hi!Why drive that old car, truck, van, or SUV, when you could be driving the NEW or CERTIFIED PREOWNED Ford of your choice for the same monthly payment you're paying right now! Let's trade keys!! Rebates and discounts up to $13,000. Zero percent financing for up to 72 months, plus we will pay off your trade, (no matter how much you owe!)Only at the all NEW Precision Ford in Lillington. Just a short drive from the high prices, just a few miles for a better deal.Precision Ford, open late for evening and out of town shoppers or shop online at www.precisionfordonline.com. Thank you! Precision Ford945 North Main StreetLillington NC 27546[redacted]To me that means how I read it, no matter what I owe, not to take on the amount you give me and put the rest of what I owe and tac on to the end of the new loan. this business is sad and really disrespectful managers and not a person sitting at the front desk when my wife and I came to the business. Desired SettlementI want to get a vehicle from them and as states on the email you pay off my vehicle and get me into a new vehicle and continue to do business with this company. I think that these dealerships are asking way to much for the vehicles and I know that I owe money for my car but written on company letterhead you should take it serious, and if this was a faulty ad and someone made a mistake, well not my fault.

major complaint is bad experience over all buying my vehicle, has problems such as repairs and no one has responded as notified.purchased a 2012 mustang V6 certified in the month of February 2014, first issue was not being introduced to the service team because of a late sale, took my vehicle back around June 10 2014 because the rear spoiler was coming off, the service tech examined it and took pictures of it said that he would have to send it back to manufacture to see how they wanted to deal with it, have not heard anything yet in the mean while I am trying to get answers from the service department and no one have responded, have tried to get a salesperson assigned to do follow-ups with me to make sure I am being taken care of.Desired SettlementI am seeking due justice such as repairing my rear spoiler because the car is certified still under factory warranty and an apology from the owner or dealership for not providing satisfactory customer service.
