On 5/26 I paid in part for a new garage door. At the time I was told there was a 4-6 week lead time for installation. After that time had passed, I reached out to the company on four occasions and never received follow-up or an update on the status. After multiple attempts and delays, I am seeking a refund, as I no longer wish to do business with this company due to poor customer service and very poor communication. I am only seeking a refund for what I paid, and the business is refusing.
