Scheduling was easy and an appointment made when needed. Alan Handberry, certified technician arrived during the two-hour window, was very pleasant, completed the repair in a short amount of time and was conscious of social distancing. The repair included replacing the rubber seal on the bottom of the door and he also did a routine maintenance. We are pleased with the result and Alan was friendly, pleasant, and conscientious.

We had a broken spring on our 10 year old garage door. Mike S. was our service technician. He called ahead to let us know that he was fifteen minutes away, which was on the early end of the two house window we had been given. When he arrived he assessed the situation and gave us an estimate for replacing just the spring or replacing the spring and bearings and cables, etc. -- a complete overhaul. We chose to have him do the complete overhaul. He efficiently replaced all the necessary bearings, etc. and explained everything he was doing. The garage door is now much quieter than before and, of course, works great! I highly recommend Mike S. and his company.

Friendly service tech who knew what to do. Excellent work done with a great attitude. Cleaned up afterwards and work done was top notch. I would commend this company and Dennis the tech who did it. Recommend this company to all.

I called for same day service. The tech, Rich S, called ahead of arrival. He was on time and he resolved the problem. New parts were installed, and existing parts were tuned up. The garage door is much quieter than it was prior to service. When Rich finished, he took time to show me how to use the new equipment. He was very polite and professional.

Great service. Courteous, thoughtful, effective. Although a little pricey, the work was expertly done and response was immediate.

We didn't know if we would be able to get the door repaired with COVID -19 impacting many businesses. We were happy with the prompt confirmation to repair the garage door within hours of our initial call. They replaced most of the parts and I can honestly say you can barely hear the door open and close. This is a vast change from what it sounded like prior to service. Rich S. was very efficient and I appreciate his patient with our dog.

Richard called while on the way and arrived on time. He did a thorough review, identified the problem and went to work. All parts needed were on the truck. Richard is a smart and hard worker. I would recommend him highly for garage door services!

Quality of their doors are very good. Service technician did a very good job taking down the old garage door and putting up the new one. He knew his product well and could answer all my questions on the matter. Showed up on time and garage very clean went he left

Mike S. was dispatched to work on our garage door problems. He arrived right on time, got right to work but not before explaining what he needed to do and what it would cost. As it turned out, he had to come three times before this 40 year old wood door began to behave reasonably well. It does seem that only a complete new system would solve all the problems, but I can live with almost all of them solved for the time being. A job well done.

I like that Precision gives you 3 levels of repair so that you can choose the best to fit your budget at the time and get the rest of the work done later. James is very competent, efficient and timely in his repairs!!!

I was a little nervous initially until Mike showed up. Once Mike came to look at the issue, he immediately found the problem, provided me with an estimate of the cost to fix the issue. I never felt pressurized and infact, his professionalism and positive attitude eased my nervousness and fear I had in the beginning. He was thorough and his expertise gave me confidence in the workmanship and quality of work.

Our garage door quit on us late in the evening on a Saturday one call to Precision Garage Door Service and a tech arrived first thing Sunday morning, I was super impressed. Dennis T. arrived diagnosed our problem and helped us find a resolution incredibly fast. Went to close my garage Sunday night by hand because it had been years since the motor worked. It came crashing down cables wheels etc. I could not open. Called that Monday morning and James was out here within an hour pouring down rain. Gave me My options to get it working. Picked the biggest package new motor etc. He had it up and running by 11:30. Forgot what it was like to have a working garage door. We love it. Would definitely recommend Percision !! James was great!
