My total experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent, from the time I made the call for an appointment, to the final repair. Taylor was professional, polite, knowledgeable and very patient with me. He explained every detail of what the problem was with my garage door and provided me with several options to make the repairs. I was not pressured to choose one option over the other...no pressure whatsoever. I had the garage door seal replaced, along with the springs and track rollers. I called Precision Door at 7:25am this morning immediately after experiencing a broken spring on our large garage door. Justin *** (Service Tech) called me within 15 minutes and told me that he was 20 minutes away. He arrived and did a First Class job of replacing the (2) springs as well as performed a complete adjustment. I was beyond impressed with both his technical savy as well as his genuine professional personality. Job extremely well done!
