Nate is a pro, i.e. he knew what he was doing, did it quickly, did it well, did it thoroughly, as if he were repairing his own home garage door. Personable and well spoken.

Jeremy arrived on time. He identified the main problem (an important safety issue -- spring bracket ripped out from wall), and made recommendations with options. He worked quickly and improved the safety, smooth operation, noise level, and durability. After he finished, he cleaned the surfaces he had touched, and was very professional and courteous throughout.

Jeremy arrived within 90 minutes of my initial call and 45 minutes before the scheduled time! He was extremely professional in his approach and after his evaluation he provided several options. Michael arrived within an hour of my call. He was friendly and professional. He did an excellent job replacing the weather strip on my garage door, sprayed the rollers, and patiently solved the problem I was having with the outdoor keypad. We had a none functioning garage door and called Precision....they arrived promptly the next morning. The Tech was extremely efficient and pinpointed the issue immediately. We really didn't have any options but to replace the entire functioning part of the door....brackets, motor, etc etc. Not necessarily the news we wanted to hear but what we needed.

Technician arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Took the time I needed to get explanations of the various options available to me. The explanations and resulting complete removal of old opener, brackets, chain drive, door springs, bearings, rollers, etc. installation of new opener, belt drive, etc., etc. took less that two hours. In addition, the tech went out of his way to reschedule other visits to piggy back on to an install he was doing a couple of houses from me the same day I called the office for the work. Needed repairs or a new door.. I decided a new door was overall a better idea. Best decision I made. The company was extremely easy to deal with and the installation was quick and efficient. The new door is so quiet I have to look to make sure it is up or down. They were also excellent in telling me how to care for my door and provided the necessary lubricant to make that happen. I would recommend them to anyone.
