Per the tenant, [redacted] arrived on time diagnosed the problem and contacted me (property management) to discuss it. [redacted] was very clear with his explanation and evaluation of the situation. Once he completed the job, he called and let me know what he did and that he tested the opener and let me know it was working well. The tenant contacted me later to let me know everything was working fine. Very please with the way everything was handled and would recommend to others.
Technician arrived within scheduled time window. Problem was quickly assessed and fixed within a reasonable timeframe (less than one hour). Price was within the expected range. Overall a positive experience.
This company was very professional from the start to the finish. When I called Precision to get an estimated for my broken spring the young lady was very professional gave me an abundance of information and told me that my technician would be Derrick. When Derrick arrived he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he would be doing got our approval to do the work and then he was finish within 30 minutes. I am very please with Precision and will be recommending this company to all our neighbors and friends.
I contacted this firm to fix a broken spring on the garage door. I was given an 8 to 12 window for the next day. After waiting for 5 hours the next day I call the company. They informed me that the technician was delayed on an earlier job. He had to make a quick stop and then he would be on his way. NO Curtesy Call, nothing. After informing them that I have to work for a living they gave me an 8 to 10 window for the following day. After my previous experience, I contacted the firm at 9 am to make sure the tech was still coming. They informed me that he would be there in 30 minutes. It is know 10 AM and no tech. I called the firm again and asked to speak with a manager. The manager took my information and said he would call me right back. Again, No call back from the manager. The tech finally showed up at 10:20 am. Two days and 7 hours for a problem that took 20 minutes to fix.
Very unprofessional and I would never utilized this firm again in LIFE!
