This company was very professional from the start to the finishWhen I called Precision to get an estimated for my broken spring the young lady was very professional gave me an abundance of information and told me that my technician would be DerrickWhen Derrick arrived he was very professional and knowledgeableHe explained what he would be doing got our approval to do the work and then he was finish within minutesI am very please with Precision and will be recommending this company to all our neighbors and friends

Per the tenant, [redacted] arrived on time diagnosed the problem and contacted me (property management) to discuss it [redacted] was very clear with his explanation and evaluation of the situationOnce he completed the job, he called and let me know what he did and that he tested the opener and let me know it was working well The tenant contacted me later to let me know everything was working fine Very please with the way everything was handled and would recommend to others

I contacted this firm to fix a broken spring on the garage door I was given an to window for the next day After waiting for hours the next day I call the company They informed me that the technician was delayed on an earlier job He had to make a quick stop and then he would be on his way NO Curtesy Call, nothing After informing them that I have to work for a living they gave me an to window for the following dayAfter my previous experience, I contacted the firm at am to make sure the tech was still coming They informed me that he would be there in minutes It is know AM and no tech I called the firm again and asked to speak with a manager The manager took my information and said he would call me right back Again, No call back from the manager The tech finally showed up at 10:am Two days and hours for a problem that took minutes to fix Very unprofessional and I would never utilized this firm again in LIFE!
