We got our dream kitchen thanks to Precision Home Design! Renen and his team are professional and kind. I especially appreciated Renen's willingness to hear our concerns and work with us to find the right course of action. My husband and I were very involved in the entire process (which we know isn't always easy for contractors and their teams), but they were gracious and understanding. Our project manager, Sagi, would send messages almost every evening to let us know the scope of work that was planned for the following day (per our request). We also had specific requests in an effort to be environmentally conscientious and did earn a Green rated certification for our kitchen. It was a learning experience for us and Precision and due to a great flow of communication, we pulled it off! We love our beautiful custom kitchen and cannot recommend Precision enough. I am not a " review person" so believe me when I say that *** and his team at Precision Home Design are the best there is! He rescued me from a bad contractor and created a beautiful new bathroom for me. He is honest, accountable, and a pleasure to work with. He personally communicated with me every step of the way. My project was completed on time with no surprises or cost overruns. Once he took over, I relaxed with the assurance I was getting the highest quality work. I love my remodel and I LOVE Precision Home Design!

Do you have an A Plus Plus category? It was such a joy to work (create!) with Renen and Sagi and all the other craftsmen who represent Precision Home Design & Remodeling! I still look in wonderment at the beauty of the bathroom that took the place of the old, tired and outdated one! It was such fun to collaborate with Sagi and reassuring to have Renen stopping by to make sure that my husband and I were happy and satisfied with the work in process. Everyone was so respectful and diligent in their work and obviously happy employees. I was so thrilled with their work that two other bathrooms were updated as well! I am so happy to recommend this company!

This company is very honest, friendly and the workers are fantastic that are going above and beyond. They made my 80 year old mother very happy! Even when they had scheduling obstacles they gave us free stuff. We highly recommended Precision Home Design & Remodeling

His team of craftsmen, specialists, and construction professionals are truly amazing. He kept us informed throughout the process, accommodated our special requests, and helped us make the right decisions along the way. We could not be more pleased with the results and can’t wait to show off our new home to friends and family.

As good as it gets! I wish I were able to give more than just 5 stars rating to this company. I've come across construction companies in the past, but the experience I've had with Precision is unparalleled. They show utmost professionalism on each level of interaction, from customer service, to communication, to end result. I truly believe I've had the best home remodeling company working on my room addition project. We started with the architectural plans, that took approx 10 weeks to approve. Measurements, drafts, suggestions were accurate the first time, and after the plans were approved by the City, we moved on with the project. Each day of work, I was getting a full report on the progress and/or issues that we were having. During the entire project we were constantly living in the house, and first I was worried when the work began. I didn't exactly know what to expect, but Steve, our project manager, was here every day, overseeing the process, and giving us a heads up a day in advance as to what to expect. My extra 490 sq.ft. master bedroom with bath came out absolutely incredible. The whole project was very smooth (obviously there were some problems along the way, but Steve handled everything and resolved the issues fast). Overall, the project took almost 6 months, including the plans. I will not consider any other company for my future home improvement projects, except Precision Home Design & Remodeling. The name of the company speaks for itself! Steve and the whole crew have not just my gratitude, but that of my whole family as well!!!

Precision Home Design & Remodeling helped make our home beautiful! We recently had an open house party with friends and neighbors who were extremely impressed with the quality of work Renen and his crew did for us. Renen was always available to answer our questions or address our concerns. He was very professional, honest, and trustworthy. Although our remodel was completed a few months ago, I recently contacted him regarding a closet door that would not slide correctly and some paint on a kitchen cabinet door that was starting to peel off. He immediately sent a worker to repair the closet door and another worker is scheduled for next week to address the kitchen cabinet door. I definitely would hire Renen for any future projects we might need without hesitation. He is an absolute pleasure to work with…polite and responsible. I feel we have developed a long-lasting professional and personal relationship . Thank you Precision Home Design & Remodeling...you're the BEST!

We had a unique project where we undid a remodel from 1993 by the previous owner. They had closed in a vaulted ceiling living room and loft to make a 4th bedroom. Renen and his team knew exactly what to do and the re-remodel turned out beautiful and back to the original floorplan. The only problems we had were fighting with the city for permits because they didn't get what we were doing. Renen hounded the city planner daily and finally got things approved with the intervention of the city planner's supervisor. The workmanship by Precision is very professional and Renen goes the extra mile to keep his clients happy.
