***, As you are aware, there have had some unforeseen set-backs with your project, and we are working on resolving these issues I know we have two items that need to be completed: windows and the storm door The windows that were received from the manufacture were the wrong size, even though we sent in the correct measurements I apologize for the delay, but we are working closely with the manufacture and trying to get them to expedite the shipment The storm door was not a standard size The original agreement was: You were going to find the door and we were going to install it As you discovered, the storm door could not be sourced locally, because it is not a standard size I found the door online and the arrival date door is scheduled for Thursday, 08/31/ We will install the door on Friday, 09/01/ I’m sorry that you feel we haven't communicated with you I have respond to every email sent and returned all voicemails that I have receivedSince the job started, I have met with you, on your property, four times to discuss your questionsMost recently, we met on August 18th to talk about the storm doorI feel that I have been present and have attempted to meet your needs I know this process has taken longer than expected With the hail storm on May 8th, the construction industry has been overloaded Everyone from the contractors to the suppliers have been flooded with orders Hail storms like this year’s create longer-than-expected lead times for work to be completedPlease know that I am not making excuses—this is the realityStill customer service is a high priority for Precision HomesI am committed to finishing this project and staying in communication with you regarding the installation dates and any questions you have We are a company of integrity and would never run or hide from our mistakes I will continue to do everything in my power to give you the product you wantSincerely, [redacted]

[redacted],   As you are aware, there have had some unforeseen set-backs with your project, and we are working on resolving these issues.  I...

know we have two items that need to be completed: windows and the storm door.   The windows that were received from the manufacture were the wrong size, even though we sent in the correct measurements.  I apologize for the delay, but we are working closely with the manufacture and trying to get them to expedite the shipment.     The storm door was not a standard size.  The original agreement was: You were going to find the door and we were going to install it.  As you discovered, the storm door could not be sourced locally, because it is not a standard size.  I found the door online and the arrival date door is scheduled for Thursday, 08/31/2017.  We will install the door on Friday, 09/01/2017.   I’m sorry that you feel we haven't communicated with you.  I have respond to every email sent and returned all voicemails that I have received. Since the job started, I have met with you, on your property, four times to discuss your questions. Most recently, we met on August 18th to talk about the storm door. I feel that I have been present and have attempted to meet your needs.   I know this process has taken longer than expected.  With the hail storm on May 8th, the construction industry has been overloaded.  Everyone from the contractors to the suppliers have been flooded with orders.  Hail storms like this year’s create longer-than-expected lead times for work to be completed. Please know that I am not making excuses—this is the reality. Still customer service is a high priority for Precision Homes. I am committed to finishing this project and staying in communication with you regarding the installation dates and any questions you have.     We are a company of integrity and would never run or hide from our mistakes.  I will continue to do everything in my power to give you the product you want. Sincerely,[redacted]
