Review: . One phone has a bad battery and no charges were ever supplied as he promised. Said he would replace battery. No longer responds

Paid for 5 iPhone 4S phones for $300each. Gave him $1500. He promised all phones would be unlocked refurbished to be new and tested for any issues as well as include box and chargers. Gave him money on dec 11 for Christmas gifts. He told me he would have them by the weekend. I was given the run around for two weeks and finally had to go to his house and demand a refund or the phones. A few hours later he came up with the phones. This was on Christmas Eve. He said he would provide chargers. On Christmas found out none of the phones were unlocked. Took 3 weeks to be able to use phones and get them unlocked. I let him know one of the phones will not hold charge for more than an hour. Also wanted to get chargers. He said he had chargers and would replace battery. He said come to his house to get them. He has stopped responding and will no longer answer email or texts. We have his wife's cell and she has also stopped responding. I see other reviews of people who have been ripped off by [redacted] I want a replacement phone and chargers for the 5 phones.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement phone for the white iphone that looks very used and battery will not hold a charge. Also want to get the 5 chargers and headphones for each as promised

Review: I mailed my ipod to [redacted] at Precision irepair Dec. 6, 2013 for him to repair the cracked screen. I also sent a $55 cashiers check. He said it would take about a week for me to get the ipod back in the mail. He cashed the check, and has not returned calls or texts. I DROVE from Cedar City to Sandy on January 8, 2014 to try and get my ipod back but I did not get any answer at the door, even though I tried repeatedly during his listed business hours. I sent an email to [redacted] through KSL where his business is listed. He did not reply to that either. He has my ipod and he has my money.
