[redacted] is correct in his facts I have been having problems with one of my cabinet providers in getting products in a timely fashion This has resulted in unacceptable delays in receiving product and in several unhappy customers, and frustrations for us as well as the homeowner.I requested a refund from the manufacturer of [redacted] deposit, and I just received that I will be delivering a refund check (in full) to a representative of [redacted] (who is currently out of town) on Monday afternoon, Dec 8th, There was never an issue as to whether [redacted] would get his deposit back, just a delay from the manufacturer in remitting the funds to me.I fully expect this to issue to be settled by December 8th, and I apologize again to [redacted] and to the Revdex.com for your involvement in this matter Precision Kitchens has been in business since 1993, and has performed over kitchen remodels in that time This is not indicative of the way we have conducted business over the past years[redacted] ***Owner

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Gentlemen, Please be advised that this evening I received the "message from the business above about my complaint".  In my attempt to respond an error occurred rendering "no response" from my requested response.  Therefore consider this email as my appropriate response to said message from Precision Kitchen owner [redacted]. I REJECT [redacted] response as he now has not been truthful 6 times in his promise to me to refund my deposit of $8,750 since November 18, 2014 when I confronted him over the phone after repeated assurances  over more than a week from employee [redacted] that he would contact me.  He first said on 11/18/2014 that he had to get money from his cabinet provider and then said a week later on 11/25/2014 he was withdrawing said deposit from his personal brokerage account and would refund immediately...both false statements.  After multiple repeated false statements in same manner I filed complaint with Registrar of Contractors and immediately their investigator documented "Abandonment" of my kitchen cabinet project and have turned evidence over to their Legal Group for prosecution plus [redacted] never responded to their inquiries.  I will not relent in my quest to have his contractors license pulled out from under him.  In addition [redacted] was told by [redacted] that he would personally deliver said refund to them for delivery to me and twice  again in separate communications did not deliver said check to them as requested and their Board of Directors have now permanently dropped Precision Kitchens from their list of Reputable Licensed Contractors.  As of tonight at 7:45 PM Pacific Time I still have no refund in hand with no projected date to accomplish.  This after more than 20 months [redacted] has had by deposit of $8,750 and no work has been started on my project putting my wife and myself in a compromising position.  I have just made a new deposit much greater than said deposit to another contractor to take on said remodel project.  I have begun to take Legal Action against said Contractor in [redacted] Court with named defendants of [redacted] and partners [redacted].  I have also notified Precision Kitchen employee [redacted] that he will be named in a separate suit for deceitful misrepresentation and lack of communication as his name appears on the bottom of my signed contract as personal agent of said company.  I have also contacted [redacted] in [redacted] and [redacted] attempt to highlight deceitful contractors to share what can happen when the public engages with said company.   I have also knowledge besides what [redacted] told me of other clients with similar conditions.   Therefore I have REJECTED another false statement to you and to me from [redacted].    Thank you for your time and help.Regards,[redacted]
