Precision Landscaping and Lawn Care Reviews (1)

Review: I have been FRAUDULENTLY billed for services NOT performed. Even after confronted and TERMINATED, this company has continued, to claim and bill for services NOT PERFORMED. 2014 they caused significant property damage to both my fence, and ruined my 1500.00

Polaris Pool vacuum.Desired Settlement: This company should be required to monetarily reimburse damages caused STRICTLY by them. I will NOT pay for services they claim to have done while I was home the entire time, and know for a fact they were not here and no work was done. I have 0ictures of damages, and receipts from a different company I had to hire as a result of Precision Landscape INCOMPETENCE

Response:

I am writing this rebuttal letter in regards to the above listed complaint in which your agency received from a previous client of Precision Landscaping and Lawn Care LLC. Our services were terminated by the complainant / customer on April 20, 2015. On that date, a telephone call was received by our secretary from the complainant, who was described as being hostile and belligerent over the telephone complaining and alleging that a bill was received from Precision for services not rendered.I then made telephone contact with the customer and attempted to explain to her that the bill that had been receiving was for services rendered by Precision for work that had been completed in October 2014, in which payment had not been received at this time. The complainant was also advised that all previous payments had been received for grass cutting on her property from May through September 2014. It is noted that bills are sent to a customer at the end of each month. Precision was only contracted by the complainant to cut the grass and nothing more. During the above listed time frame, only two payments had been received from the complainant covering the services rendered by Precision. The complainant then calmed down from the irate state of mind that was being portrayed and agreed to pay for the past due amount which also included a late charge. Records will show that the complainant's grass was cut five (5) times in the month of October 2015 at $50.00 per grass cutting plus the $35.00 late fee charge equaling $285.00 which was delinquent. The complainant then advised that she wished for Precision to cut her grass bi-weekly. I advised the complainant that I could not agree to cut the grass at the previous agreed price, due to the fact that the complainant's grass yard being thick, irrigated and fertilized. I also advised the complainant that if she wished to have her grass cut bi-weekly, she would incur a higher charge, due to excessive wear on equipment and additional manpower time that it would take to ensure her yard looked good.It is noted that I had been to the complainant's property on April, 17, 2015 along with my crew to cut the grass and there was not mention of any problems or complaints at that time or prior to theApril 20,2015 telephone conversation with the complainant. After sending the bills for the one grass cutting on April 17,2015,I again was advised of a hostile telephone call received at the office from the complainant about the current bill. I again contacted the complainant, who was advised that the bill was for the grass being cut prior to her terminating our services on April 20,2015 and also that of the previous past due bill. The complainant then began screaming and was using profanities towards me and was threatening a lawsuit and action with the Revdex.com and disconnected the telephone call. I again called the complainant back with negative results in my attempt to calm her down, however she would not allow me to speak and remained hostile and aggressive towards me.Upon receiving the allegations from the Revdex.com, I conducted an investigation of my own with my employee's and also of other subcontractors working in the area. I learned that the complainant had also failed to pay other subcontractors for work that had been rendered to the complainant at her residence. I learned that the two black aluminum fence pickets had been damaged by a car last year in the complainant's driveway. I recalled a conversation with the complainant in which she indicated that it was another woman that she was having problems with that had caused the damage to her fence.Further, the area in which the damage to the fence was present is not consistent with the mowers or other equipment used by Precision to cut the complainant's yard.I have no knowledge of why the complainant is alleging that Precision had damaged her pool cleaner. My employees and I do not recall seeing a pool cleaner present in the yard on April 17,2015 nor do we recall the swimming pool even being opened at that time nor in 2014. It is noted that a pool cleaner belongs in the bottom of a swimming pool and an item that size if located in the grass would easily be seen. If the item was damaged, it would be totally destroyed into small pieces as it is primarily made of plastic. It is ironic that based on all the above listed facts, that the complainant would make such false allegations and not have pursued these issues previously and prior to the discussion of the past due delinquent bills. What does not make sense is the fact that the complainant had been making her monthly payments quarterly, not monthly and could have withheld payment if there were any discrepancies of the quality of service provided by Precision. The issue is the complainant's desire not to pay the outstanding balance of her bill and has concocted this frivolous complaint in an attempt to distort the truth and avoid payment. Again,if damage was incurred by my company in 2014 ,I would gladly repair and c;>r replace the damaged property as I have done with my other clients. Further,if the complainant was home the "entire time" when these false allegations were alleged to have been occurring, why were the issues not addressed at that time?I will be seeking collection of this debt through my respected attorney in which the complainant may incur additional legal fees, collection fees and past delinquent payment fees in the near future.
