Review: Did not provide lawn care (weed/feed) in a timely manner. No application has been seen since May. Several calls and emails sent (late August)to follow up on the problem of providing the remainder of the application services. Situation also involved the next door neighbor ([redacted]). Same business did not follow through with their lawn care. Business agreed to provide a refund of 3 applications to each household. No refund has yet to be received since discussion 3 weeks ago. Concerns since service was never completed, that refund may not be provided.Desired Settlement: A full refund expedited for the 3 remaining lawn care applications. (est. $148.00 per household). The refund was agreed upon by the business owner.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Review: Precision Landscaping West Bend, WI offers a discount if you pay in advance for fertilizer/weed control. I paid for 2 applications, and never received the services. I called and emailed, and [redacted] at Precision Landscaping never replied.Desired Settlement: I have contracted with another service. I would like a refund.

To whom it may concern:I haven't received any emails or phone calls from [redacted]. However due to the extremely wet season we have had, I have been issuing refunds to customers that haven't received service. Refund issued 9/14/2014
Review: We prepaid for lawn care service. Service was for 5 treatments. Only 2 were provided. Last treatment was end of May 2014. Have called several times and request service. No response. Then called twice in August requesting a refund. No response to calls and no refund has been sent.Service was also prepaid by a neighbor, [redacted]. Same result. No service, no response to calls and no refund.Desired Settlement: He has an A rating on the Revdex.com website. This was a factor in choosing Precision Landscaping. Refund ASAP.
