I made a purchase on the crosshair customs websiteafter I placed the order I did get a order number that was shown on the websiteI did not get any emails saying the purchase was complete or an order numberOr any emails stating that it was shipped or any tracking numbersI did email the owner he didn't even know that I placed the order and even giving him my order number he didn't know any information about what I really orderedI asked him about it and just said sorry and still did not tell me how long it was going to take when I asked himI waited days and didn't hear anything backSo I emailed the person saying I wanted a refund, only then did he responed saying it was shippedI then replied asking for a tracking number or anything stating it was shipped and no replyIt's been about weeks or longer now since I placed that orderI still have not gotten anything nor a reply but they did not hesitate to pull the money from my bank acountSo they pretty much stole it from
