Precision Lube Express

Review: I received in june 2012 to repair my right side axle on my 2006 avalon. within less than a year the axle broke. When the manager [redacted] approved for it to be replaced in May 2013, I asked him I shouldnt have to go throught this problem againg right? He exactly stated that I would assume you wouldn't have to. I felt that I wasn't assured by his work and I honestly don't feel comfortable driving my vehicle. I shouldn't have to get an axle relplaced within less that 100k miles after I get it replaced. I feel like Precision lube mechanics either did a sorry job assembling the part or they order defective parts. This is a real hazard proble to my safty driving my car. Im requesting a refund for the work that was done.Desired Settlement: Im requesting a refund for the amount that I paid to get the axle replaced
