We are in receipt of the complaint herein We regret that this patient/family of patient misunderstood what was indicated regarding insurance All of our staff is well aware of what insurance we accept and what insurance we will file claims for We accept what insurance pays as
full payment for ONLY the insurance companies we participate with and that changes from time to time which is why it is not published What our staff is trained to say is that "we accept insurance as PARTIAL payment" In order to rectify whatever misunderstanding there may have been, we are willing to credit the account and accept what has been paid thus far in full However, we will need to know the identity of the patient in order to apply such a credit Again, we regret the misunderstanding and in the spirit of cooperation, will gladly credit the account immediately upon getting the necessary information
