[redacted] brought her boat in on September 30, 2015 and she signed a repair order (#[redacted]). She had stored the boat by her house with the boat bilge plug still in the boat and the boat sank on the trailer due to rain water. The entire interior in the boat had been removed and the...

floor was completely rotted out and the fuel tank had also been disconnected. [redacted] did not mention this when she called. There was motor damage due to the bilge plug being left in the boat which allowed rain water to accumulate over a period of time. The starter, alternator, wiring harness rotted at the starter, cool fuel unit and u-joints & gimbal bearing were all damaged by the rain water. We did not replace any bellows as she states in her letter to you. We estimated the repairs October 11, 2015 and shortly thereafter were authorized to do the repairs on her boat. She contacted her insurance company and the insurance company sent a check (received December 17, 2015 $2780.35) that paid for a little more than one half of the repairs, leaving a remaining balance was $2144.72. We called her on many occasions regarding the balance that was owed and [redacted] replied that she did not have the money and that she would have to take funds from her 401K or a home equity. [redacted] finally paid and picked up her boat on March 25, 2016 and she stated that she was going to take her boat to a fiberglass shop to have a new floor put in and then to an upholstery shop. On May 19th she called and said she needed to bring the boat back in for additional work and I said it would be at least (2) months before I could get to her boat due to the work already booked ahead of her and work that was already promised out. She called back a couple weeks later and was being very belligerent and demanding that she was going to bring the boat out that day anyway. I tried to explain to her that I did not have the time and that she could not just drop the boat off and also that I did not have any room for the boat. She hung up. After that [redacted] kept calling, repeatedly call after call after call. She was being extremely rude, antagonizing the employees that were answering the phone. By repeatedly calling multitudes of times and for many days she was interrupting, interfering with our business and the employee's daily activities. I was told by my employees that said she was swearing & cussing at them and calling them names.
