We went in to look at a Equinox that was listed for $12,online We liked it but it did not have any warranty which we didn't like due to purchasing a car prior (from a different dealership) that was sold to us with a broken transmission So we discussed with our salesman, Richard C, that all the other dealers seem to have a day mile warranty on their used carsRichard called us a few days later to follow up and left a voicemail on our phone stating the dealership did not want to lose our business over a warranty so they will throw in the month warranty We then returned to the dealership to drive the car again and discuss getting the car inspected by our family mechanic He said that all their vehicles were throughly inspected by their certified mechanics but he understands our concerns due to what we have been through He agreed to drive it to our mechanic and noted that we'd discuss numbers post inspection So we paid $to have our mechanic do a full
