I bought a car here a week ago and have had to take the vehicle back 3 times about the same problem. I bought it in full retail price, thinking this car was an amazing find. Less than 24 hours of having the vehicle, I was already having issues. The first time (2nd day after having the car) they fixed the spark plugs, I had the same issue directly after driving the car off their lot. Second time, they didn't do anything. And the third time, they replaced 1 spark plug they replaced 6 days prior and some wires. I 99% sure that this same issue will reoccur in the next 2 days.
It feels as if the owner and management is very sexist towards women and doesn't believe that women can have basic car knowledge. From reading other reviews it seem as if this company has taken advantage of many other people as well (mainly women). I really can't tell if they're playing dumb with me or they actually lack mechanical skills.
It doesn't seem like their morals are not in the right place and it saddens me that a local business that I thought I could trust has failed me.
I would like to give this place a 1 star and would never in my life ever ever ever ever ever ever ever recommended anyone here. BUYER BEWARE

Absolutely horrible experience with Tom the owner, he treats his customers like garbage. After thousands of dollars spent at Precision Motors I am horrified at the experience I've had. Doesn't provide written estimates; doesn't call when they say they will; brushes customer concerns off and there appears to be a lack of communication between the who answers the phone and who does the work. They are the ONLY business around who charges for a diagnosis. Please do not waste your money.
