I took my vehicle (Ford Lightning) in for a motor replacement, was given my quote and an estimated completion dateDropped my truck off for them to start on it, they made the process very smooth, and painlessThey took care of EVERTHING!! I had to do nothing, I visited with the tech that would be working on my vehicle, Abe, told him what concerns I had, as I had never brought my vehicle to them before, he explained everything in a way that I could understand (not exactly an easy task when it comes to the mechanics of a vehicle) and really put me at ease about the whole processThey tested the individual electrical connections (I had asked them to transfer what they could off the old motor to save me some cash) and replaced those that were out of specificationsThey then, installed a programmer on the truck for me, led me in the search for the right programmer to meet my needs and wants not with personal opinions, but with actual tangible researchAfter the engine was in, a new problem arose after I picked my truck up, the tail shaft (I think that's what they called it) broke off on my rear endI called them, and knowing that I needed to leave town that night (this is my work truck) for a convention they called a tow truck had my truck hauled back, made a few calls, found the part that I needed, drove to the other side of Oklahoma City, picked it up, and stayed at the shop until 4:in the morning to make sure that I was ready to take off in time to make it to my conventionMy total ticket (engine replacement, programmer installed, computer tuned, entire rear end replacement, transmission service, and radiator flush) was over a thousand dollars less than anyone else in town quoted me just for the engine swap, and they didn't charge me for the after hours workThey remained professional and courteous through the whole ordealI have since, taken my vehicle in for a multitude of services, to include, paint and body work, various upgraded parts, and routine maintenanceI have never had a bad experience here and I highly recommend that anyone needing anything done to their vehicle take it to these guys first, and then listen to them; my entire situation could have been avoided if I had listened to them initially, they told me the engine was knocking I didn't believe them and took it to two other shops that said it was fine just needed the something in the heads adjusted, two days later (less than a week after I bought the truck) the engine locked up on meLive and learn, then get Precision Motorsports
