Thank you for your prompt professional and discreet elimination of our Bed Bug problems but in our 10,000 square foot office. The heat treatment was a little higher in cost than I had hoped but knowing it was all over with in safe and healthy way for me and my employees made it worth it. Also many thanks for the equally satisfying job you did at my co-workers home. The home now has a feeling of being refreshed and bed bug FREE! Mr. [redacted] was accommodated by delaying scheduled work in the utility Right Of Way for a wedding at his property. Property was not 'damaged' as claimed. Utility work was performed in the Right of Way with restoration above and beyond industry standards on or about July 25, 2015, complaint was made September 2. Case is now resolved.
