It took Precision Paint & Collision over days to repair a door handle & have My My vehicle returned to Me which UNFORTUNATELY was not adequately repaired to my satisfaction! Each time I would call in reference to My Vehicle the response I was given was My Vehicle would be ready the Next DayT went on for WEEKS! They CLAIM to waiting on the partI made a call located the part for Precision, still to no avail they move my vehicle from the Lithonia location to the Conyers location without my consent on Wednesday Thanksgiving Eve the owner Melvin PROMISED Me that my vehicle would be ready that evening.Thanksgiving day I went to Rockdale County spoke with a sergeant who informed me stated they had recent prior court cases & complaints against Precision Paint & CollisionUpon FINALLY retrieving my vehicle & return the rental to Enterprise the representatives there stated they had customers that had similar complaints against this company as well

Never in my days have I had such an awful and nerve wrecking experience with a paint and body shop until, our car was taken to them a second time after an accidentThe first time was excellent business, could not praise them enough
Second time around after an accident was a different storyI have never seen any business that was just unprofessional, as if it was being ran by a bunch of teen agers with no business skills or knowledgeOur car was initially at the Lithonia location because the new Conyers location was not open for businessHaving had a good experience with these folks the first time we never saw what came nextFirst of all they had the car for six monthsNothing got fixed when it was supposed toWe picked the car up and returned it several timesThey gave us the run around on repairs and issues with the insurance companyThere would be times we would call and no answer, even the insurance company would call and get no answerThe car came back a hot messFoot prints on the back of the seatsIt sat for so long it had ants in it for monthsPeople thought we had sold the car it was gone for so long, not only that people would tell us they seen the car at the time it was supposed to be in the shop riding down Ior at someone houseWe did not have proof but what we did know is the people were shadyWished we had read the reviews before taking the car back to themNone of the repairs was done on time and some was not done rightThey gave us the run around from the day we left the car until the day we picked the car up sorry excuse for a business
