*** *** is not a client of my business, in the sense that we have never preformed any actual work for her, visited her residence, and have communicated with her only by email, all of which were responded to, with the possible exception of the last two she sentShe contacted my business to request a handyman job, which I generally do not do, nonetheless I tried to accommodate her by giving her a quote and offered to send one of my men to do the workAfter her 6th or 7th email to me, two close friends died from ***Hers was one of many emails that went unanswered for a week or two, however *** *** is the only person that went onto the internet and claimed I "disappeared" and didn't respondHer "complaint" all stems from her feeling that I didn't respond to her 5th or 6th email quickly enough to suit her; it is not about my work, the quality of my work, or any substantive matterShe also had the o ption to contact me by phone or text, which she did not avail herself ofWhat is it that she wants? She has not stated any desired resolution. Review: I contacted the business owner for a quote, which he gave, but he left me hanging and never followed up to make the appointment to do the work. After posting a review of his business on another site, Jim harassed and insulted me. He also pursued legal action against me for posting my opinion online. Jim is verbally abusive and extremely unprofessional towards clients.Desired Settlement: Date Sent: 6/**/2015 10:10:46 AMMy desired outcome is to have no further contact or malicious letters from the business owner. His history of harassment and poor behavior also needs to be made public. I'm not the only one he is doing this to.
