Precision Paving

On 3/22/19 Metro Paving and Roofing came to my house and gave me a proposal for having my driveway repaved. I agreed to the terms of the contact and sign the agreement. On 3/25/19 they came to my house and started the job and I gave them a deposit. The term of the contact was to return at the end of May to finish the job. May and June came and gone and I did not hear anything from this company. I called the week of 7/8/19 and left messages on the business number *** and the cell phone number *** for them to call me back. I did not receive a call back. I called the business number and nobody answered the phone I than called the cell phone number and talked to the person on 7/18/19. I was told that they would come the next week of 7/21/19 and finish the job and would call the day before they would come. They did not call or come that week. I called on 8/1/19 on both numbers and left messages. I did not receive any return calls back. Called on 8/6/19 I blocked my name and left a message to call me back. I received a called back at about 7:30pm that night and was told that they needed to check out when they would be available to finish my job and would call me back the next day. I did not receive a call the next day. On 8/15/19 I called the cell phone number and talk to his son. The son told me that he had his dad’s phone and would talk to his dad and have him get back to me. I have yet to hear back from him as of 8/26/19.

metro paving was hired to add 2 additional parking spots to my driveway and seal coat existing, they installed the new asphalt with instructions to not use for 10 days, they would return by weeks end to apply the asphalt sealer, we were leaving on vacation for 10 days the day after they laid the asphalt, so he asked if I would mind paying them as they would be done before we returned, we did pay them in full $3000.00 cash. upon our return from vacation we noted they had never returned to finish the job and the asphalt they installed was still extremely soft, that was July 7th, they asphalt was laid June 26th. after numerous phone calls and no shows to fix and finish there job I decided I needed to use the parking spots and my trailer and boat tires have made deep grooves in the asphalt, it is still soft enough that you can stick your finger into the asphalt.
